My mother went in walking and independent a year later she was bed written had bed soars and was givin strong psychotic med, my mom passed away there. After her passing I wanted to talk with person in patient account my sister and I were not allowed to go to the office and talk the patient account person cam into the lobby were every person could here everything personal and information about my deceased mother she had no respect for me are my sister are my deceased mother also she did not care that a person that was filling out an application was sitting right next to us and she was giving out all my mother's personal information while this unknown person was hearing everything that said a total unconcerned disrespected my mother and my sister and I but one day her day will come and she will go through everything that my mother went through I was keeping my calmness together. What she was saying in front of strangers and against OSHA laws and very very uncaring and I do feel that she didn't she was dishonest we were told one thing about my mother's finances I am more than sure that she was not being honest.

My mother arrived at Crowne unable to sit up on her own after a major surgery. After 2 weeks of rehabilitation, she was able to sit up, walk and care for herself again. The staff was caring, encouraging, friendly and always welcoming. The facility was always clean and mother never complained of the food. Office staff is very informative.

My mom is a resident here. I’ve had many conversations with staff here and they are very supportive, helpful and caring people. My recent visit for a couple of consecutive days with mom was nothing short of impressive. Meeting and talking with the staff that provide care for my mom was a great experience. I applaud them all…my observations of how they all interact with other patient residents was also great!

For the last three years, the staff at Crowne has done an amazing job caring for my mother. I cannot speak highly enough about the nurses, CNAs, and other staff at Crowne. They are always there to answer questions and truly care about the patients who reside there.

My mother is a resident of Crowne Health of Mobile on the memory care unit. We are very happy with this facility. I am pleased with everyone we have worked with thus far! She is treated with respect and dignity. It's a clean and comfortable environment and mom loves the food! This was one of the best decisions we have made for our sweet mama.

My 97 year old mother has been a resident at Crowne Health Care of Mobile for several years now. She has gotten excellent care. I could not work at a nursing home on the best day, yet their staff has persevered through the pandemic. My sister and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for all of their employees. ❤

I fell and got hurt real bad to my right shoulder, right leg, foot and heel and my left heel. I spent 3 weeks in a hospital and then got sent to Crowne Health Care of Mobile for Rehab. After 7 weeks of rehab I am now able to walk on both feet with a walker. I can get in and out of bed by myself. I am being sent home to now finish my rehab through Out Patient Rehab. My stay at Crowne Health Care of Mobile was nothing but excellent. My Physical Therapist, Nate, and my Occupational Therapist, Linda, was nothing but outstanding. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. My nurses and aides were outstanding. They were always checking on me and would do anything for me. I can’t remember all their names, but Jaunita was outstanding. I got 3 meals per day and the food was good. I hope that I have to never go through something like this again, but if I do I will come back to Crowne Health Care of Mobile and will recommend them to any one that needs rehab care. The quality of care here was outstanding. The staff here is outstanding. I personally want to thank everyone for the excellent service that I received during my stay.

The day shift is great. They treat my mother awesome. Mrs Linda that does the PT is absolutely AMAZING. The EVENING and Night shift how ever are AWFUL. I literally had to demand to stay overnight to ensure my mom was getting proper care. I requested to have her depends changed at 5:30 pm. At 7:30 pm I gave up and did it myself. (I only waited because they said liability wise they have to do everything.). I can only imagine how long they let others lay in wet beds that don't have a family member on hand to push issues. This is not the first time this has happened and this is not the worse thing that has happened. Your loved ones will NOT get the best of care here after the day shift leaves. The Director of Nurses should pay a surprise visit on these shifts, or better yet pull video on all these cameras and see how may lights go off requesting help and see how long they sit at the nurse station chit chatting before they get up and check on them. RIDICULOUS
