Crowne Health Care of Fort Payne

If you care about your loved one never leave them here. I made the mistake of using tbis pig stye and leaving my father, but I removed him in less than 24hrs. The facility wreaked of stale urine, they were severely understaffed, unprofessional and unorganized. Additionally, they didn't have the necessary equipment to properly care for my father, but never mentioned it. They also lost my fathers clothes in less than 24hrs. This facility is not capable to even care for my dog. It's unhealthy, filthy and disgusting. I dont understand how they remain in business and sustain a license.

My grandfather was a patient for rehab at this facility. 99% of the time when we would go visit, he’d be in a wheelchair or bed. They were telling us he had therapy twice a day, which I honestly do not see how that is possible. By the time we went to pick him up (less time than was recommended) he was really not any stronger. It took 2 nurses to get him into the vehicle. When he arrived, they checked him for sores, etc. which you would think is great protocol. Since he has been home, he has been complaining about hurting. When my sister looked, he had sores. Common sense let’s you know that if he was up walking and doing his “therapy” as we were told, he wouldn’t have bed sores. I do not recommend this place.

This place needs to be shut down!! They don't possess necessary equipment to care for their patients, understaffed, the smell of human excrement permeates the building and patients are mistreated. Look elsewhere if you care in the slightest about your loved one.

This nursing home is No Good n the kitchen is horrible they need new sraff kitchen n learn how to Cook!!! They dont have homemade cooked meals either n some of the work staff r No Good either this needs to be turned in to the government n owner of this place!!!😡😡😡

My husband received excellent care and treatment thru his rehab stay. Would definite use facility if needed again. GREAT STAFF!!!

The environment is terrible not a good place to work.

They let their residents lay around with internal bleeding until they die
