During the past 6 years i have been to Crown Rehab for different cases of physical therapy. I have to say for as long as Crown Rehab is in business i will go to no other facility to do physical therapy. Crown Rehab has brought me back to walking and standing again. The staff there are exceptional and truly wonderful. They earnestly show compassion and understanding to the needs of their patients. When a patient is in need of help, any type of assistance, you look for compassion and something that works and Crown Rehab has provided this to me and to all others who have gone in there while i have been there during my therapy session. This i have observed during my time there. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to be helped with physical therapy. A place where compassion, understanding and recovery meets.

When I first scheduled with Crown Rehab for my son who is suffering from a back injury, it was a matter of convenience since they were close to home. Since he has started there, I realize it was a blessing we chose this facility. Dr. David Shen is the kindest doctor I have met. He takes time with every single patient and is sure to ask tons of questions to get to the root of any issue and to provide advice on daily activity to promote healing. He also takes time with me to explain the injury and to show me the healing process so that I understand and can support my sons progress. Matt pays special attention to the smaller needs of each patient and there is never anyone just sitting around wondering what to do next. Jenerosa runs the office with total efficiency. After only a weeks time, my son had relief from nearly six months of pain and is on his way to playing basketball again! Try Crown Rehab - you will not be disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 6pm. I know I scheduled this appointment for 6pm because I work 1 hour away . I get a phone call from the office at 5:28pm that my appointment is at 5:30pm and asking me if I am still coming. I got a confirmation call on the Friday before confirming my appointment for 6pm on Monday. I explained that my appointment was at 6pm and I cannot be there in 2 mins since I am coming from an hour away. The woman says ok I will let my boss know. I pull into the parking lot of the office and I get a call from the office telling me that the physical therapist went home sick and I need to reschedule for Friday . Are you kidding me ? I'm a registered nurse and also work in a physicians office so I am familiar with scheduling and miscommunication, it happens but to make me drive an hour just to cancel my appointment is unacceptable. The office originally told me they are only seeing patients mon wed and Friday. When I said I would call tomorrow to reschedule she didnt even tell me they would be closed . I even have a voicemail confirming my appt at 6pm for Monday. Very unhappy with this office. I will be searching for another physical therapist

This was the 3rd physical therepy establishment I have been too and it's the ONLY one that had the technique and equipment to help me rehab my lower back. I am now at 100% and very happy with this place .Great Doctor, great staff, A++.Highly recommended

The staff is wonderful. Very knowledgable and in tune with your needs. No stress just progress. David is understanding and in tune with what course of action is needed. Glad I found these guys.

Started off ok then all of a sudden the therapist quit new guy takes over and after a week with him I could hardly walk had meniscus surgery and he had me doing way to much weight barring exercise then after I complained he tells me I need to see my doctor because I tore up my knee again so I see doctor and he tells me therapist does not know what he’s doing so I went some where else and now all is getting better

The facility is clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable!
