Crossville Health and Rehabilitation, LLC

My Grandmother had an amazing stay here. Everyone from the Nurses,CNAs, Housekeeping, and Dietary took absolute best care of her. The staff worked hard to provide the best care they can.The Housekeeping Supervisor was great and it looks and smells great unlike other places I have visited. The Social Worker is amazing and was the absolute best at her job and did outstanding job of getting her sit up to return home. The Administrator and Admissions Coordinator was great and amazing as well and answered concerns or questions I had. They treated my Grandmother like family and that means the world to me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are truly wonderful people. I have so much respect for the ones that work there even more so during this time of Covid. Their jobs are hard and stressful but they love what they do. They love the residents and you can see it. I have had many loved ones in this facility and I know they were loved and taken care of during their time there. The front office staff have always been very warm and welcoming. I'm thankful for all they do. Every department is so important and they know how to work together to get the job done.

My brother is currently living at Crossville health and rehab, I truly love the staff, they are actually going the extra mile with the residents. Things that we take for granted, I have seen them helping the residents, just fixing a TV station. Getting them more ice, helping them to cut their food, and sometimes just setting and visiting with them! I would recommend Crossville HR. To anyone looking for a safe loving place for their loved one. The front desk staff are great also, always ready to lend a hand. I love them all!

My mother is a resident at the facility. She has been there since first of January. I am very pleased with the quality of care my mom has received. I really have no complaints. The staff is dealing well with Covid, staying on top and doing what they can to prevent widespread. I receive friendly, helpful service from the moment I walk in the door. I work daily and am unable to care for my mom at home so to every staff member who has worked with my mom , who does for my mom what I can’t I want you to know I am truly grateful!!

I have the chance to visit this wonderful facility today! The service was to notch, from the warm greeting at the door from Ms.Tammy to the Nursing Staff. The facility engaged their residents with music from yester year!!! Also, I observed residents appearance as clean and well groomed! As I visited I observed that the staff was engaging with their residents and making time for them! The facility was also very clean!!!I would refer anyone to Crossville Health and Rehab!!!!

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation’s administration and staff are outstanding!! From Heather, the chief administrator, to Candace in admissions, to Tina the receptionist, to Gina in social services, and most importantly, to the nursing staff who provided extremely competent, professional service in a very caring manner for our mother. I absolutely love this place and the employees! Great facility to work at with kind and compassionate nursing/therapy staff. Wonderful place you can trust to have your loved ones at, whether it be long term care of short term rehab. Fantastic administrator- well versed in her field and truly cares about the staff and residents; puts their needs above her own.

The staff at Crossville H & R are the absolute BEST! They take pride in their work and they truly love their residents. It takes special people to work in a Long Term Care Facility. The staff not only builds a relationship with the resident but the residents loved ones as well. EVERY department contributes to the well being of each resident. The motto " Our family caring for yours" is a true statement when it comes to Crossville Health and Rehab!!
