I were trying to order glasses from their store, and were communicating with one of their optical associates via email. I called the phone number listed on the associate email signature, and I was told that the person is not working in the store today and I was redirected to a different store and was able to speak to them. However, I need a quick followup on the same day just 30 minutes after the first call. So, I called the store again. And, this time a different person picked up the phone, and refused to help to transfer, and hang up the phone on me quickly. They have phone number listed in their email sig Avoid, very bad customer service

I was very pleased with my first visit for an annual physical exam. The receptionists, nurse, & Dr. Rani Saxena were all respectful, friendly, & professional. All staff members helped me feel very comfortable. I was given a thorough exam & all of my health concerns were addressed. Would definitely return & would definitely recommend.

My experience at Crossover was superb. It was a caring and competent clinical staff (PT, chiro, acupuncture and a doctor). The facility was first-rate, scheduling was straightforward, and I never had a significant wait. i don’t understand the complaints in other reviews: as I understand it, Crossover is primary care only, so they don’t do “procedures,” and there is no payment or billing except for the flat monthly subscription, which for me and most people there is paid for by the employer.

My wife and I visited them for the Annual Physical and were offered additional blood work for no additional cost. I confirmed twice and they said it is a complementary service. We ended up receiving high bills, called them and they said it was a mistake and they will get it fixed. Nothing happened for few weeks and after some more calls, they said they have fixed it. Then we ended up receiving another set of bills for reduced amounts. More calls and emails followed. This lasted for 2 months, in which conclusion was that the service was not complementary after all and depended on our insurance. Their doctor even called me directly to convince me to pay. But when I did not agree, they escalated it internally and finally made the payments. But in the end only one of the bills was paid by them, and we ended up receiving a collection agency warning for the other, and paid it ourselves.

I had been to this place and it had been decent In my last visit though I was seeking for a small procedure and I let them know before going. Once I got there, M.D. Abdullah told me she couldn’t do it. They still charged me a copay and then they referred me to a specialist who didn’t see to be internet network. In my visit I wasn’t recommended basic care (icing/washing wound).

No respect for patients time. Walked in twice at different times however they say that they have no one available for simple procedures. Poor customer service.
