Very welcoming coaches and the other gym members were friendly too. It's hard showing up to a gym not knowing anyone, but I felt very welcomed at Firefly. The facility was SUPER nice and the equipment was well maintained.

Crossfit Firefly is an incredibly nice crossfit gym! It is huge, clean, updated, and even has a sauna and yoga room! I was very impressed by the high quality gym and also the instructor Brianna was very welcoming and knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel right at home! Thanks Brianna! We will be back when we are in town again!
I was here for 4 days of workouts and I enjoyed all of them. There was a great mixture of strength and met-cons along with great coach led mobility. On top of that I found the community welcoming and very active. I'm going to miss dropping in here.
I love Firefly, It is a great addition in Town, they have CrossFit classes, open gym, yoga kids classes and Master classes as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to make some friends and enjoy the workout 🙂
