Cross Bay Physical Therapy

You get the bare minimum here nice people but treatment is a joke, area to do therapy is as big as a walk in closet, was never given any material to explain what to do on my own, wasn't sure if my feelings were correct until I needed more treatment which they couldn't get approved for by my insurance until I went to a more professional environment, where I got approved for more visits by my insurance and received better knowledge on my injury which is a lisfranc fracture and was always sent home with material that explains the therapy I should do at home and all nessary equipment that I didn't have to buy from Amazon, don't seek nice people for treatment,seek treatment that works and that can be properly explained to you

Rosie is the best for physical therapy. I had her in 2016 when I broke, shattered and dislocated my right ankle. After her working on me it was the only time I was pain free for a few hours. She is now working here magic on my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Every staff member is professional and wonderful. They are all highly-qualified. highly-qualified

I am very happy I found this place . I gave birth in April and ever since I have pains from my neck to my feet and my therapist Dawn takes very good care of me . I am seeing improvement slowly.Every vist I leave ,I feel a little more better than when I walk in. From the ladies at the front to every worker there is polite and caring. And I love the fact that there is parking. I love this physical therapy facility it is amazing......

Sam is by far one of the best physical therapist I’ve ever had . He understands and knows exactly how to handle my situation and i feel great after every session. His staff is great as well .

From the 1st phone call to make an appt for physical therapy I was impress by the customer service response. From my 1st therapy visit the "professional manner" I was amazed. My eval showed me they were interested in me making process resulting in improvement since my TKR surgery. Yes, I was recommended from my home therapist and I don't regret it a bit. Everyone is so polite, professional approachable most of all interested in my well being in moving forward.
