Dr Paylo has helped me so much with neck, back, and knee pain. She is awesomely friendly, always positive. And so is her staff. Always get appt within 10 days, and gives painless epidurals.

Dr. Paylo and her team are amazing. From making you feel like a patient and not just a number, to Her care, concerns, and thoroughness by talking me through what she was doing during my procedure. No pain at all ! And her office worked diligently to get approval immediately from my insurance company. Thank you Dr Paylo and CRH PAIN MANAGEMENT

Dr. Paylo is so helpful and wonderful! She thoroughly explains the procedures and is gentle throughout the entire experience. Her bedside manner is very calming and I am confident in her medical expertise. I highly recommend her for all interventional pain management procedures.

Was told I needed a procedure for pain but was given no information about the procedure. Tried to ask questions but got no answers. No one told me I would need someone to drive me home after the procedure... found that out myself. I'm sure they would have told me the day before during a reminder call but that doesnt really give time to find someone to take off work to drive me or get a babysitter for my kids. When I researched the procedure myself because again I was given no information about it other than it would numb my nerve I found that this would have no effect on the areas I have pain and is mostly used to diagnose and any pain relief would be temporary but again the areas I do have pain would not be helped by this procedure. I dont have insurance so having something like this done when that's not even the area I have pain seems like a waste of time and money. When I informed the dr that I dont have insurance she said she would do it in the office rather than the hospital which to me means either you're doing it at the hospital in order to charge more or you're giving me subpar care because I dont have insurance. If it can be done in office why send people to the hospital for it? If it can be done better at the hospital then shouldn't I get the same standard of care? I was not even asked if I wanted a cheaper option. There is this thing called INFORMED consent and my dr failed there. A patient should be given all the information possible especially when they ask you for it!!! She did not even tell me what side effects this could have. Doctors need to learn to listen to patients and drop their ego. Just because you have a PhD does not mean I should not ask questions but that is definitely the attitude there.
