Very bad experience. I went for a drug screen and there was no other customers in the lobby but several employees shooting the breeze. Took forever to get a urine drug screen with no one in front of me. It should not take this long. Don’t use this place. I should have read the reviews before I chose this place cause I had the same bad experience that others had.

The doctor here is a total stick in the mud she has no bedside manner. My husband says she lets you know real fast she doesn't have to do your DOT physical and she's doing you a big favor by doing it. The receptionist is very nice but the nurse who takes you in the back is the total butthead.

On July 18, I had to go to this facility for a pre-employment drug test. This was the worst experience for me! The front desk receptionist an older woman was rude! The nurse that took my specimen, refused my first one and told me that I had to provide another one mind you this was AFTER I had been there for almost TWO hours. She said that I had to go back drink 4 cups of water and wait 30 minutes. Well, I actually had to go again before the 30 minutes and she REFUSED and told me that I had to wait the FULL 30 minutes and that if I left, it would result in a positive test! I have never been disregarded like that ever. This is a horrible facility due to the staff, they need more training or should maybe find another place to work, I can’t say find another profession because they were so unbelievably far from even knowing how to spell or pronounce the word.

I had to give it 1 star but it deserves negative, the staff will do whatever it can to get out of a drug screening. 1 hr wait 1 person in front of me, don't use this location it's horrible. Ask employers to find another location, or you will be sorry

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL. The people that work here do nothing but talk to each other.How are you going on a 10am lunch break with a room full of people? I have waited about 3 hours just for a simple drug test. Not sure what it is but people who came in after me were being seen before me. If you can avoid don’t go!

I don’t do reviews unless I need to. So the only reason I’m doing this review is because reading the previous reviews before I went in for a drug screen/physical, made me not want to go because so many people said that they waited forever! Well my appointment was at 1:30, I made it there at 1:20 and I was back in my car headed home at 1:58. The staff was nice enough, they were straight to the point and that’s ok with me. And the nurse who did my TB injection, yea definitely the best at that. I’m a nurse myself and I HATE getting any kind of shot. I literally did not feel it at all. So kudos to them. I’m satisfied.

I had the displeasure of using your facility today. I have never been anywhere for a drug test and have had to wait for over two hours. The test administrator decided to “step out to lunch” and not inform the three or so customers waiting. You go to these places to provide a specimen, so most people aren’t sitting around for fun. I had to use the restroom, which I did, and still had an additional wait before I was finally called in. This to me shows a lack of respect for the customers time on your part. I will forward this complaint to my employer to recommend that a more professional facility is used in the future.

Front desk fantastic and friendly! 5 stars front desk!!! DS tech unfriendly almost rude! She used only 1 glove to collect urine, then dumped remainder of urine down sink where donors wash hands. Then went on to do PPD had 1 glove on RT hand cleans my LT upper forearm with alcohol on LT side of forearm then left room to get PPD solution with glove on. Came back to area drew up solution then proceeded to give me the PPD not changing glove and touching my arm with her LT hand I gloves in the area that was not cleaned with alcohol. Then dismissed to leave clinic.
