Crestview Physical Therapy

Outstanding staff and very clean facility. I went into PT for a torn meniscus. I was not a candidate for surgery to repair due to other health issues. My orthopedic surgeon sent me to Crestview Physical Therapy to help strengthen my knee.. Tom Miller PT took my case. He set up a plan and worked with me. Tom's plan has helped me go from severe pain and using a walker to walking on my own with no assistance and my pain level has improved. I highly recommend Tom and his staff. They are AMAZING. 💫⭐️💫

Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean environment. My time spent there with Kelli was most pleasant and educational. She's got me moving again! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I started there the VA recommended them under Freeport physical therapy which I live in Freeport Florida turns out they're in Crestview 45 minutes away I had MRI done so now I had torn Menicus tear the owner told me if he didn't have me better than for visits he would recommend a orthopedic I went for a visits had not got better at all . Ask him to recommend me a orthopedic cuz the 45-minute drive there the hour there in the 45 minute back 2 days a week was wearing me out not counting my knee was killing me he flat out said no. All I was doing is getting there laying on the table picking my leg up three different ways One little sliding table machine in a stationary bike could have done it all at home so no I definitely do not recommend Crestview physical therapy

They are awesome! Very professional, Kind and understanding. Oh, and patience beyond belief! My therapist is so sweet. I'm so happy I have her..

Does not have equipment to help quadrapeligics. No hoyer. I was told to go somewhere else. I was disappointed that there was no effort to accommodate, nor do they have intentions of helping people with these needs. Their therapy is limited, and their manners are unacceptable!

PT THERAPY IN 577 BOOKMEADE DRIVR IS NO GOOD THE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND THE ARE SCAM THE GIVE YOU 2 APPOINTMENT AND THE CALL YOU AND CANCEL ONE AND WHEN YOU COME TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT THE SAY THE NEVER CANCEL IT AND THE GIVE YOU A PAPER TO SIGNED AND THE PAPER SAY YOU MIST YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU HAVE TO PAY IT WHEN YOU TELL THEM THE ARE THE ONE WHO CANCEL IT AND THE START SAYING BAD THINGS TO YOU PT THERAPY IN 577 BROOKMEADE DR IN CRESTVIEW IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO THE VERY DISRESPECTFUL THE TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE NOBODY

It's the same as all the others except for one of their technics. The other exercises leave me hurting more than I was before I get there. I'm in pain trying to get rid of my pain yet I leave in more pain.

Mr. Bob, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I brought my daughter in last week after her accident, and as he was evaluating her needs; I mentioned my son had had rehab there as well. Mr. Bob remembered my son coming in...that was atleast three years ago. It made my day to know that Mr. Bob remembered him.
