Paige was amazing & friendly. Nice, clean, and friendly staff. Thank you. The automatic checkin /out took a bit to see, so we waited and rang bell for a while waiting for a person… but it was my first time visiting since that incorporated. Now that I know it’s there… it’ll be easier/faster next time. Thanks for taking good care of residents! Rooms look home-like and welcoming.

Everyone is so sweet and friendly. I always feel welcome when I visit my sister at Crestview. Thanks for taking such good care of her. It means more to me than I could ever express in words.

Very clean friendly place my mom gets the best care there. there is always adequate staff capable of doing an exceptional job.

My wife and I came to visit her father. The receptionist out front was very helpful and went find him for us. We have made several visits recently, and have found all the staff, without exception very pleasant and helpful. Don seems to accepting his new surroundings. I'm sure this is as a result of the friendly and helpful staff. This is a 5 star facility. Thank you all so much for your positive and caring attitude. God Bless you all, Bill &Tricia Bird.

The check in/out process seems redundant with Covid questions going in and OUT and taking temperatures coming in and out- I doubt I would have a temp after my visit! People are sometimes 2-3 deep waiting to sign in/out! My mom’s bed is broken…. Won’t move up any more and she was told they don’t have any replacements! Lots of staff and most are nice and helpful! Mom likes getting her hair done weekly! Overall, things seem to be working out!

Crestview has done a wonderful job taking care of our mother. First in skill care, then as a resident. They have prepared her to move to assisted living which is something we didn’t think would be possible a couple of months ago. The staff and administrators have been great to work with and mom has not had a bad experience with any of her caregivers.
