Crestview Health and Wellness Center

Unfortunately my experience here was mediocre. I expect my provider to share what they believe is wrong and come up with a plan on how my condition and symptoms are treated. I didn't get that. I felt as if they were just going through the motions with no real plan to relieve my pain and help with my neck and back issues. Actual time with the Dr. Maybe 10 minutes. They seem to have good reviews, but my experience was not as expected.

I am so grateful that I found Crestview Health and Wellness Center. The entire staff is so friendly and they seem to really care about providing the best service possible. After dealing with pinched nerve pain for over a week, I decided to see if this is something they could help me with. This was my first time going to a Chiropractor, so I was very anxious about the visit. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to see me despite having a full schedule. She walked me through what to expect and eased my anxiety of seeing a Chiropractor. Immediately after, I was able to get seen by their onsite massage therapist, who is amazing. Thank you so much!

I had my first appointment at Crestview Health and Wellness Center. It was such a pleasant experience. Each member of the staff was polite to my husband and me and also to each other. I watched them help each other to figure out a small issue. Teamwork! They all made me feel that they cared. That's important to me. My appointment was one in which Connie Killam took steps towards supporting my whole well being. I look forward to my next wonderful experience here along with becoming well again. I was having a lot of pain and mobility issues in my hip. Dr Scott has been awesome guiding me through my first experience with Acupuncture. My hip has regained mobility and each appointment is increasing the improvements. Also Dr Scott has been so informative on everything he is doing and why. It has been a great experience, and I will definitely use Acupuncture in the future.

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Connie Killam! She is the most awesome NP I have ever had. She is very friendly and checks every detail and has no problem sending you to a specialist to make sure you are fine. I have always trusted her judgement more than anyone! I totally recommend going!

Pain is not something that happens on a schedule and it makes random care more difficult to get. The staff was extremely understanding and patient with me. The doctor was professional and thorough in the care she provided. I will need more than one visit to get completely corrected but after one visit my pain has been reduced, I was able to get a full night's rest, and I am confident that she has guided me to a path of full recovery!

a lot of questions. Questions about things didn’t seem to pertain to what I was there. a LOT Of wanting me to repeat information. Wanted to take a picture of me so that nobody can come in use my name for insurance fraud, So what you’re telling me you don’t bother to know your patience by name and face. glad you have a nurse practitioner on staff in case something happens, Even put a sales pitch in to be my healthcare provider at a chiropractor’s office. left untreated. = a wast of time. will drive 3hr to go see my old Chiropractor’s.

The front office people were very helpful, especially Crystal helping me fill out forms when my back was hurting. I was very impressed with the Doctor. He was very personable and knowledgeable and did a very thorough first exam.
