Crescent Moon Care

We brought our daughter in for gross motor delay after not progressing at a larger hospital facility. It took 2 weeks to see improvement and we reached our first goal in less than a month. They truly put work in, not just to get meet goals, but to meet the child where they are and tailor each session to how the child learns and interacts with the world. We got to graduate after 11 months because she is now completely average. Something that would not have been achieved as timely without Alyssa and Janell’s hard work.

Janell and her team are incredible! Their personal care for each of their patients goes above and beyond any other PT I’ve encountered, and as a former athlete I’ve encountered my fair share. Janell’s thirst for knowledge and drive enable her to offer the best care for each person who walks through the clinic doors. I personally have been treated by both Janell and Alyssa after each of my births for problems with my abdominals, and they have treated my daughter with sitting and gait issues. I attribute my daughter's confidence in what her body can do to her time with Janell. There is no one else I would recommend above Crescent Moon Care!

When I first met Janell she was so very kind and encouraging. My baby born at just 23 weeks has a long journey ahead and it was very scary for me at first but Crescent Moon Care has been working with my son and my boy has improved significantly. I travel a good 45mins to her clinic and if I had to travel more than that I would. I only want the best for my son and the best is Janell and her team. She's at the top of her field in my honest opinion and is very flexible and accommodating. She goes above and beyond for her patients.

Crescent Moon Care is an amazing place! From evaluation to regular sessions, Janell and Alyssa have made us feel like family all while engaging our daughter in so many different games. They have the experience to pivot and follow the child during sessions to make them as successful as possible. Janell is always available and eager to share progress. I was lucky enough to join baby play group with my son this year too. Megan was phenomenal in leading the group and was able to help us as parents help our babies with motor goals. She set up the environment with particular babies in mind to help facilitate rolling, sitting, crawling, cruising and walking! I am so thankful we were able to be part of baby play group and was genuinely sad when it ended! If you need PT or have questions about your child's motor development, Crescent Moon Care is THE place to go! You won't regret it!

Crescent Moon Care is a place like no other! Your appointments are clearly carefully planned out, and you are the only one in the treatment room which contributes to the personal experience you get and feel. I have had the pleasure of working with Janelle, Alyssa and Megan in all different capacities from appointments for my son to the play groups they offer for babies. They all are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fun! They helped catch my son up to his crawling milestone and just recently got him taking some of his first independent steps after just one session. It’s the “magic of crescent moon care”! They will be your family’s biggest cheerleaders!

Everyday we are so thankful that we found Janell & the Crescent Moon Community! Our twins were born premature & Janell was their physical therapist for a little over a year! She helped us navigate through multiple medical mountains supporting us every step of the way. She is professional, educated, has patience, and cares for the entire family. Our twins would not have been as successful as they were if we did not find Janell! The clinic was always clean, inviting, & private to our children's sessions. My 19 month old had been walking with a push behind toy for months and months, with us trying so hard to get him to walk independently to no avail. Finally we found Crescent Moon Care and by his 3rd visit with Alyssa he had made so much improvement and is now walking completely independent with no fear.
