I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care provided by Administrator Shannon and her team at this nursing home. Shannon's leadership sets a standard of excellence in every aspect of resident care and facility management. Under Shannon's guidance, the nursing home operates smoothly, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care and attention. Her dedication to the well-being of each individual is evident in every interaction and decision made. Not only does Shannon prioritize the physical health of residents, but she also fosters a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes emotional well-being. Her genuine concern for residents and their families creates a sense of trust and reassurance. Furthermore, Shannon's professionalism and expertise are evident in her ability to address any concerns promptly and efficiently. She actively listens to feedback and continuously seeks ways to improve services and amenities. Overall, Administrator Shannon's leadership sets this nursing home apart. I am grateful for her commitment to providing exceptional care and highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled nursing services.

I can not say enough about Stacy, the admissions coordinator there. She was so informative and helpful, and walked me through the process of being admitted to the Huntington's unit.

I am very disappointed with the services at crescent manor. My family member was brought there for short term rehabilitation after surgery, they expected him to be there for 2-3 weeks. Since being there: no one checks on him for hours at a time, they lost his D/C paperwork and missed a follow up appointment with his surgeon, they do not try to get him up and moving at all, they can’t seem to get his medications figured out and he is missing several, his diabetes was controlled and now they are the highest they have been in 2 years. At this point he’s been there for 2 weeks and has declined the point where he is a Hoyer transfer and I don’t know if he will able to come home.

Administrative staff found it acceptable to yell at an employee in front of residents and other coworkers. Incredibly unprofessional, it is embarrassing for everyone involved when they don’t use the office for what an office is supposed to be for. Speaking to staff in a manner that is a little more respectful would be nice.
