The doctors for my care are absolutely amazing!!! The billing person when you walk out is so informative and so sweet and understanding .. But what ruined my experience is the front reception lady with short brown curly hair... very rude when I walked in.. did not greet me or other patients as I waited.. never smiled. Glared and had a dude look on her face the entire time . . Did not make me or my son feel welcomed at all.. even hearing her on the phone to other patients she was not pleasant.. with such amazing drs.. How can you have such an unhappy .. rude and unpleasant person working atvthe front who is the first person your patients see.. ?

Stephanie is the best thing about this place. She will go above and beyond to help. She walked me through the patient portal, has called the hospital for me and the list goes on. She has been the most helpful person in the office. Right up there with Denise. Cannot say enough about these two.

Very nice, caring Dr . takes the time to listen and understand even the small problem. Staff also treated me kind and very little wait time before being seen by my physician. .

RUDE SO VERY RUDE.. THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST IS TERRIBLE.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NOT CARING WHATSOEVER.. SHOWS NO COMPASSION.. THEY DEFINETELY NEED A NEED FRONT OFFICE STAFF PERSON WHO IS THE FIRST PERSON PATIENTS SPEAK TO AND SEE.. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
