Creekside Physical Therapy

Very impressed with Creekside Physical Therapy from many visits over 15 years. Quality care where they work hard to help you get back to full functioning condition. Nice, clean, large, open atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently work with you to help you regain your strength along with teaching you how to maintain it. I would highly recommend them.

Creekside PT has amazing staff. All staff is welcoming, and professional. The PTs really take time to work with you at each appointment. I appreciate the kindness and the time they take with me. I highly recommend them! It is a wonderful, positive environment that makes the healing process uplifting.

I have gone to dozens of sessions at Creekside over the past 12 months following two different hip surgeries. I found them to be extremely effective at getting me back into good physical condition. I worked with 4 different therapists, each of whom had a slightly different approach that complemented the others. Each made time to answer all my questions and provide insights into my situation. Several different aides put me through my exercise routines with a focus on safety and a friendly, encouraging attitude. The front desk staff were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. I'm very pleased with my experience here. Creekside has my highest recommendation.

Do not go here. It’s a beautiful facility, but they compromised my recovery after I trusted them with my treatment when they didn’t provide the services and care I was prescribed and promised. I was scheduled for three months of physical therapy at Creekside after double knee replacement surgery. After six weeks, and without so much as an exit evaluation, they stopped treatment and canceled my remaining appointments because they had an influx of appointment requests at the beginning of the year due to renewal of state insurance coverage for treatment. The office manager told me that the owner wanted to serve the community and make their services available to as many people as possible. She advised me that my health insurance was more commonly accepted and that I should use it to find another PT to complete my prescribed therapy. My knees regressed in the time it took me to get into another facility and I faced the possibility of having to repeat my surgery! With hard work and the support of another (wonderful!) Physical Therapist, I was able to regain extension of both my knees and avoid additional surgery. You deserve a provider that is invested in your treatment and recovery. This is not that place.

Creekside has been an excellent place for me to recover from bilateral knee replacement. People told me I was crazy to have both knees replaced at the same time. My knees were so bad I couldn’t walk without extreme pain and the use of two canes. I am four months out and doing amazing thanks to my great surgeon and Creekside. The have customized my exercises to my body needs. I can literally do anything without pain. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Shout out to Rob F. at Creekside Physical Therapy. Rob F. understands the science of the body and movement. I’ve been to a couple other PT’s in town and I felt it was a waste of time. So I’m very skeptical of PT’s. This is the second time I’ve needed Creekside’s services. The first time I had great success, so I requested to go to Creekside again. I walked in today limping and having severe spasms. I walk out with no spasms. Best place for Physical Therapy in town! Tracy P.

Due to knee issues, I had commenced physical therapy prescribed by my doctor at Orthopedics NW. Hoping to avoid surgery, it was determined that being bone on bone, it was inevitable. Creekside Physical Therapy, prior to and after, offered hospitable, knowledgable and respectful treatments. All this in a lovely facility with a stunning view of the valley. After finishing post-surgery therapy, I will miss my many friendly relationships developed along the journey. Thank you Creekside!
