Creekside Healthcare Center

Please beware place is very inpatient care residents scream all the time and they make u miss dr appts and procedures that need to be done it's horrible there

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Out of that whole facility there was only 2 women that were actually empathetic and caring with patients. This facility stole money and over charged for things they had no right to charge for, because they knew nobody could go in during the beginning of the pandemic. I called almost daily to speak with my grandmother since visiting was not allowed, but rarely was able to get anyone to take a phone to her. When I could speak with her they would put it on "speaker phone" so there was no privacy even when trying to help her with personal things. When I was able to visit she would occasionally have marks and bruises in areas that did not make sense but nobody would look into it and I was unable to get her out before covid. She ended up having a stroke in the facility and they not only did not get immediate medical attention they let her sit with nothing but an i.v for almost 5 days before seeking professional medical help or informing us. We had called during that time and told she was resting. By the time she was seen by a physician it was to late and the damage was done. She sadly passed away just 2 weeks later, and was only at creekside ( in a nonresponsive state) for the first 4 days of the month yet they still charged her for the entire month. This place had no remorse for their part in her death, and had no problem taking their full payment as well. If you are even considering this place please look up the many cases over the past few years involving everything from abuse to sexual assault. This facility needs to be shut down again and for good! If you have family there please find them any other place, I wish I had known of the horrors of this facility before our family and grandmother suffered at the hands of these careless individuals. This is by far the most inhumane facility I have ever come across, please please research it as the info from the previous cases I mentioned are all easily found and available now.

I have been in 7 different skilled nursing facilities in the last year That Creekside is one of the worst at 1st I thought it was going to be fine because everybody was friendly I think they were trying to make a sale the food is horrible C in a step 1 do their jobs is just awful place to be trying to find somewhere else way gonna be treated with respect

Understaffed. Patients ignored. Bare minimum services.

was on hold multiple times. I just called to ask for the fax number and couldn't get that in just one min? i had to google this place since i only had the name of the health care. bad service over the phone.
