My main complaint is understaffed. Secondly there is a lot of that's not my job mentality here. Nurses want to dispense medication and treatment in their areas only. Physical therapist will get patients out of bed, but if the allotted time is up they won't help put them back to bed. CNA staff do most everything 2 per section unless it's the weekend then it could be 1 per section and up to 18 patients to wait on.
