Cranial Technologies

I was very impressed and delighted with the service at Cranial Technologies in Whittier. Every time I took my son for his appointment we were greeted with a big smile and a warm greeting from Patricia! She was great! 🙂 We were always seen immediately and treated with promptness and excellent care. My wife and I could not be happier with the results we saw from our son's treatment. Alexys was also a pleasure! She explained the process and progress of our son with great detail every visit. The office and rooms were all very clean and well maintained. Each visit we were always in and out. 👍It was such a pleasure to deal with a staff, that you know cares about your baby! We will certainly be recommending Cranial Technologies to anyone who asks! Thank you to the staff, especially Patricia and Alexys!!!

Wonderful place overall. The staff are kind, informative, and very helpful. They provide heartfelt service to help our little ones and go above and beyond when needed.

Most inconsiderate staff I’ve ever dealt with all my appointments have been super rushed. I have twin infants which require more time and care. It is difficult as a new mother of a set of two to even leave the house I prepare for these appointments in advance, but sometimes they don’t go as I plan, I was going to be late so I called to reschedule. They said it was fine to go ahead and come on down anyways. While I was in the parking lot trying to load my babies into their double stroller one of the front wheel snap so I was only able to put one in the stroller as they heavier weight was on the back and carry the other one you they are on the fifth floor Elevators and such still not just in a skip in the park. They waited for me to get there (25 min drive) to tell me that they weren’t going to be able to be seen. I explained the troubles that I had with a smug look on her face and irritation in her voice I was pretty much dismissed Life just doesn’t happen to Them so they Just cannot understand my troubles
