This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and supportive.Wendy was my daughter’s contact and she was great. She always made sure that pictures and measurements were accurate and was more than willing to help when she needed an adjustment due to redness. My daughter had a fairly severe case of Plagiocephaly due to being premature and required 2 bands, but with the knowledge and support of everyone, she is normal. I’m going to miss everyone there!

After getting a consultation at Cranial technologies, I've never had a negative experience here. Always a positive experience from start to finish. During Covid, they've had to change from two to only one parent during a visit. Annoying but understandable to respect others at this time. Wendy and her staff are the best in the business. You're in the best of care with the knowledge and experience they have. Don't just consider them, choose Cranial Technologies for your child's needs.

Giving a 2 star because they are the worst at calling u back I called and they were having problems with there computers and never received a call back regarding my daughters 2nd helmet and now it's probably to late since she is almost 16 months

We stopped treatment halfway through and moved to another clinic. They originally told us one helmet and after pushing to measure halfway, we found minimal improvement despite a significant jump in circumference growth. Two other clinics told us he should have been done in the 8 weeks we went to CT based on his growth. They also don’t measure growth every visit (which seems easy enough to do). They suggested we get a second helmet from them. I would not trust CT (this clinic or any) because after speaking to many parents across the country it seems they do this often. I’m sure the helmets work for some but my son basically wore a useless helmet for 8 weeks and now we have to start over. His new helmet is already much better one week in. They did refund us pretty easily when we asked (another reason I think they know they messed up).

Wonderful team at this location. The staff was so awesome with my baby, and made this daunting process simple and stress free. Absolutely love Wendy, our little man will miss going to her. Thanks ladies!!!
