From the beginning of this journey all the way to the end has been really great. Thank you to all the ladies who have been so patient and kind to us on each appointment. We are very happy with the final result of the helmet and we're sad that it has come to an end. For scheduling: There’s a scheduling department that does all that (the number is an Arizona code) and I have to leave a voicemail and they called me back within a day. For insurance: Our insurance covered a percentage of the helmet. We are still in the process of waiting for our refund. Once again, I have to leave a voicemail and they got back to me within 2 days. They explained that our insurance requested for a medical file on our son and it should take anywhere between 30-45 days to receive the cheque.

Their scheduling department is pathatic. It’s been over a month I’m trying to get my daughter scheduled but I’m not able to talk to anyone on their scheduling line. The normal helpline, says, they Sorry they can’t schedule us, have to go through scheduling. The phone just keeps ringing and they don’t answer on scheduling. I’m wondering what the team is doing. So unprofessional.
