Love the staffing there, everyone is very sweet and nice! Virginia worked with my daughter and she’s amazing, all the staff there are amazing and I’m so grateful that I had a great experience with everyone there! 10/10!!

Amazing. As a parents it’s very nerve recking wondering if your baby needs a helmet. The staff there is so amazing, made us feel so comfortable. The doctor made us well aware of everything of why babies need helmets and compared it to a baby’s normal size head. Doctor was so transparent, definitely know they were trying to help instead of forcing a helmet on my son. Very realistic since my son is 11 months and development slows down as too what time expect with the helmet. As I came out of there I had no worry about a helmet since I got all the correct information. Can’t wait to start this journey with my son and amazing staff thank you!

I absolutely love this place! My daughters head has significantly improved with her DOC band. The employees are incredibly kind here and make us feel so comfortable. Their customer service goes above and beyond! They make it a pleasant experience for the whole family. I always have to bring my 2.5 year old son to my daughter's appointments and they accommodate him too. They have a whole floor of toys for other children like my son that have to tag along with their parents. I highly recommend them, they know what they're doing. I have never felt like they were trying to sell me on the DOC band. They've proved to us that this works. If you're nervous or apprehensive about this process or the place, don't be. It's awesome and they are awesome!

My spouse and I are very disappointed with Cranial Technologies. Although they are professional in manner and knowledgeable on treatment plans, they are ultimately salesmen that make a profit from the services that they provide. The final results were so insignificant, we wish we would have saved ourselves time, money and heartache. The medical professional did a “Before and After” comparison to only emphasize “symmetry” rather than the overall flatness they promised to improve. The professional constantly deviated from our concerns in an attempt to bring false satisfaction. It was only after the final day of treatment that they admitted that after 3 month there is only so much that they can do, which is completely opposite from what they promised. We were sold false promises by Cranial Technologies. Please take cautions when approaching these treatments. If you notice abnormalities on your child’s head shape, please start treatment as soon as possible. Although results vary, depending on a child’s age- along with many other factors, No one can guarantee final results.
