Great people! They really listen and assess your issues. They give you on hand assistant and home exercises. I would definitely treat with them again should the need arise. I'm being photo bombed by my cat Remy! 😊

These guys are great! After being misdiagnosed by 2 medical doctors (easy enough to do with this type of ailment but not at all helpful in fixing it), Matt identified my problem in a single assessment. He outlined my treatment plan and explained to me what to expect physically as treatment progressed. Both Matt and Annika are terrific in making sure that you are progressing to the best of your ability without overdoing it/reinjuring yourself. After nearly a year of constant and maddening pain, these guys were a Godsend as my pain levels began to decrease after the very first session and I was entirely pain free by the end. I continued the exercises and techniques that they taught me at home at first and then eventually joined a gym to continue strengthening. It's been a couple of months now and I'm still pain free. I definitely recommend these guys. The office isn't much to look at but the staff makes the environment friendly and warm. And, most importantly, they know what they are doing and they will help you to reach your goals. Thank you, CPRS Steelton!
