CPRS Physical Therapy

I only have amazing things to say about CPRS in Hershey. Their slogan is "hands that heal, hearts that care" and it's completely 100% accurate. I felt so cared about and supported during my entire physical therapy experience. Their focus is all based on how you, the patient, are feeling and they actually listen to your concerns. I was set up for success by being taught all the exercises to do at home without any of their fancy equipment. I didn't know it was possible to be pain free, but after a few months with Michelle and Jerry and the team, I am living my best life!! One of the most encouraging and supportive environments. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! And as much as I'd like to say I'd be back, they have given me the tools to remain pain free for hopefully the rest of my life. Beyond grateful for the experience I had with CPRS.

I recently completed another round of therapy with Michele and Jerry. Michele did a thorough evaluation and she did not agree with the diagnosis of the PCP who had sent me for PT. I was sceptical but since I had successful PT with Michele twice over the last few years (each for a different injury), I trusted her diagnosis. After a couple of months of therapy the symptoms had resolved completely! Michele was always available for questions and Jerry patiently paced me through the exercises. I left with renewed motivation to take care of myself and stay in shape. Thank you, Michele and Jerry!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to wait for my appointment since they run on time. My therapist was Michelle who showed concern for my progress. They had a therapist, still in college, work with me most of the time. They seemed really patient with him and he seemed to really enjoy working there.

The staff is insightful and knowledgeable. They seem to go above and beoynd to help put you at ease as you work towards your physical therapy goals. The facility has a wide range of equipment and tools. The environment is a safe space, no judgement, but a lot of laughs and sometimes some good music. Veronika, Courtney, and Tanner are just the best. If I were to have any other issues one day, I would certainly return to their office for assistance. I have no problem recommending friends and family.
