Physical therapy before you know what's wrong!? I was a skeptic that felt as though this would be another expense on my way to surgery......Until Trent Selsor DPT. My neck and shoulder have been in pain for 3 years. After 6-7 chiropractors, various acupuncture points, more than A few massage therapists, and 3 steroid injections..... I was willing to try anything! With an open mind and heart I gave physical therapy A try. After going over my problems with Trent, we started on A path to a better quality of life. I was shocked and in disbelief after just 3 visits. His knowledge, advice, and professional kindness have made my quality of life better than I thought possible!
