Cox Physical Therapy

I’ve been seeing Bret who is a master at diagnosing and rehab. When I got my injury, Cox was the first place I decided to call because of Bret. Thank you for your great work!

Simply the best. I can say this because I can compare it with others. After my second knee surgery I went to Glendale Adventist therapy and wellness center, recommended by my doctor, what a terrible place, they assigned a student in training for my recovery, they made it worse... Basically it was a big waste of time and money. I was lucky, a friend recommended me to Cox Physical Therapy. It was perfect, one on one sessions by the therapist, she knew exactly which exercises are best for my condition, I actually saw results after my first visit. I highly recommend it.

The Cox Physical Therapy team is incredibly friendly, professional and valuable! I had knee surgery and Bret has been so instrumental in helping me to literally get back on my feet. Karleen Cox is the best in the world. I've seen numerous physical therapists for many injuries, including another group for this injury, and she absolutely fixed everything. I am still amazed. I can throw a ball with my injured shoulder and the hamstring pain is completely gone after over a year of constant pain. She cares. She listens. She quoted me back to myself after months and said, "This was your goal and that's what we've been working toward." The absolute best there is. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

While the physical therapy is good, the billing department is the worst. It's 3rd party, and they have lost payments, and sent late payment notices for previously paid bills. They also have completely lost my address, which has not changed. Dealing with the payment department negates the good PT.

This place is awesome, laid back but down to business kind of therapy sessions. Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do and also understanding of one's limitations. It's one on one as well so you get most out of each session.
