I am a new patient here and my experience thus far has been exceptional! The staff as well as my Primary Doctor is perfessional and the care and concern shown is amazing , many thanks Marcia Huff

I have been coming here for a few months now and I will say that it is good but can be alot better. There chairs are very low. If you have arthritis in your knees it will be hard to get up. They are some doors and rooms that are very small I have see 1 person to 3 People working. They are very friendly and try to help when they can. The billing is messed up big time they keep telling me that they are not sure how much I owe them

The first day I entered that building, I was treated as if my health was very important. Front desk experience was not a problem.I didn't have any problems with the doctor that I saw. I was treated with respect and my opinions were taken into consideration. Also one of the things I love is that you are seen in good timing and I think it's because they do not overbook.

Okay, so I have had to make several visits and here is my experience. At first there was some brief confusion when I arrived due to their protocols for COVID-19. The Asian woman that came to the door was a little curt and dismissive to my questions. However, I think she was equally as confused as me due to it being early morning and both of our faces were covered. As soon as she checked me in I was a little worried because the facility appeared to be an old restaurant or maybe a massage parlor. However, I was quickly seen and the nurse was super nice. She was patient, understanding, and really listened to what I was telling her. She was very knowledgeable as once I explained to her how I became injured she immediately was able to identify my symptoms and explain to me what I was experiencing. The next few times I went the assistant was extremely nice and very pleasant to speak with. They were both fast and precise. No delay. Overall my experience was quite pleasant. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Everyone has been very nice. The doctor unfortunately I can't remember her name she is a young, pretty black lady. American which surprised me. She has been very through with trying to find out what is going on with me. Only problem I had is when I went in for a nerve test I wanted to speak with the her (the doctor )for just a minute. A specialist had done my nerve test. Anyways I asked the nurse if I could ask the doctor question. She had me go in room & nurse came in 30 seconds later & told me that I would have to wait til my appointment in 2 weeks to talk to the doctor. When I walked out the doctor was still in same spot looking at my chart. She could've taken 1 minute to answer my question. Other than that everything has gone well.

I just went to this location today! I agree with all of the previous reviews, I would rate this company with a 0 if I could. I have never been so disrespected in my whole life. The female behind the desk greeted me with, "You need to sit down and wait your turn." I had only took two steps into the door and already had a bad experience. Also agree with the way the facility looks. It does not look clean and definitely would not think it was a medical facility. Please people, if you have to go here, DON'T!! It is just a waste of time!

I really like this place because you get physical therapy and chiropractic adjustment in one spot. The Staff is sweet and My Dr. she is caring and funny to me. I could hardly walk in there, but she got me straight over time.

I went for a pre-employment drug test. The office was very old and out dated which made it feel dirty .in waiting area( it had carpet...yuck). The front receptionist who did my test was very nice. However, the asian lady that was there was horrible. Very mean to co-worker in front of patients. Was also very rude to patients, and spoke harshly. Myself and another patient kept looking at each other like oh my goodness. I was glad it was close to home but would not go back there unless I was forced to.
