Covington Court Health and Rehabilitation Center

My Mom stayed at Covington Court health and rehab for three weeks. All the staff that crossed my Mom's path were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and always there for Mom's needs. The facility is clean and well kept. Thank you guys from my Mom, Esther Pike, my Sister, Tonya Bur and myself, Susie Cooley.

My grandma was here for several months and she always praised the kitchen and staff. She mentioned that the director of the kitchen was very attentive and cheerful! Im thankful there were people there who made it a good stay for her

I would like to acknowledge how great this place has been for my grandma! The staff is wonderful and treats her like family! She enjoys every meal and especially loves activity time! Covington Court has been the best choice we’ve made as a family and my sweet Memaw couldn't be happier:) Thank you<3

Don’t ever send your family members here! My dad went here for rehab after he had broken his leg. I’m not sure who the nurse or nurses were but when I was on the phone with him I overheard the nurse yelling at him and when he called for someone to come in and help him I hear the nurse say “what do you want now!” In a real nasty tone of voice. Another incident involved him falling out of the bed and asking for help and instead of being careful because he had just broken his leg and they were hurting him, the nurse says “I Don’t Care!” This place hopefully has re-evaluated their staff since then because that was disturbing to hear just over the phone so I’m sure it’s equally if not worse for the patients.

My dear sister passed away nearly three years ago at which time I became POA for my brother in law who was in need of 24 hour care. Another sister highly recommended Covington Court and, after nearly three years, we know why. From the administrator, financial adviser, activities director and the nursing staff, I have nothing negative to say. They have taken great care of my dear brother in law with compassion. Furthermore they have kept me updated on any issues that he may be having. I find it overwhelming that they are able to provide such great care when so many residents are involved. It takes a team effort to do so and they do it well. Thank you to all who have cared for Loyde!!

My mother-in-law was at Covington Court for 4 months of rehab after a month’s stay in the hospital. We could not be happier with the care she received. The nurse practitioners and nurses were excellent. The therapists were the best. She could not sit up in bed when she got there. When she left, she walked out with a walker and was able to go back to her home in Tennessee. The wound care nurse literally saved her foot and we adored her! Every aide was attentive, compassionate, kind, and respectful and treated her like family. There were lots of tears when we left. We are very grateful to this awesome staff!

My Aunt was recently here and I have to say it was a great experience for her. It is always nerve racking to go into a strange place and be at the mercy of strangers but they made my aunt feel very welcome and were very accommodating. She couldn't stop bragging about Tyler and Stephanie. Hope I don't need their services anytime soon, but am grateful they are there if needed!

I was recently a patient at this facility and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the staff there. My physical therapists, Kelsey, Tom and Sean were excellent. The nurses that worked closely with me, Chantel, and Vicki cared for me alot. I had several aides that had to put up with me as well, too many to remember, but Faith and Jackie stand out the most. Thank you for all of your kind and compassionate care. You guys are super awesome! Love you guys ❤️
