Covenant Health Therapy Center - Lenoir City

I went to Lenoir City Covenant Health Therapy Center to strengthen my back muscles after continuing to injure my back. I worked with Brian and Renee and both were very knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, friendly, and great to work with. I improved and enjoyed working with them! The whole staff seems equally as qualified and good to work with. I would gladly work with anyone at this location and believe each therapist genuinely cares about their patients.

The folks at this therapy center are top notch! I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They are all very kind, caring, encouraging, and supportive. They are quite knowledgeable and professional, yet you will also feel as if you've made new friends very quickly. The staff are all friendly. Janine greeted me each time with a smile as soon as I opened the door. My physical therapists were Amy and Renee. They both were understanding of my oxygen limitations, but did push me to keep improving. Amy and Renee used various techniques from exercises on bike or with elastic bands, kinsio tape, SI belt, and other techniques. They helped each other when necessary. They were efficient, kept updated records, recorded improvements, and shared with me what they were writing down. I highly recommend Covenant Health Therapy Center.

I did PT for a TKR with Pam Ollard-Free and the experience was incredible! Played pickleball 8 weeks later. The whole staff are super kind, professional and actually take time to really know who you are as a person and a patient. From the front office to the PTs, PTAs, ST and OT! I’ll never go anywhere else! In fact, I’m already scheduled for the other TKR! I’m including the names of all these special people - Janine, Renee, Brian , Ann, Janie and Natalie. Posting this for my husband Michael. He was assigned to two awesome therapists, Renee and Ann. Wet nice, knowledgeable and mad therapy fun. I also used this office after my own knee surgery,, we would both recommend their services.

Absolutely love these people they know their job and they do it. Well Brian and Renee are absolutely wonderful. And we love the rest of the clan too lol!! Beautiful, respectful, kind, professional folks here.
