Cove Wellness Detox Spa of La Jolla

I am so happy I found Cove Wellness! My friend and I booked our second visits right after our first, and she already booked a third visit next month. We both did the Signature La Jolla Detox and loved it! Great price for the value in services we received. Even more importantly, we had amazing results! My favorite part was the Medi-cupping, which was basically vacuuming of my abdomen and the back of my thighs. I could immediately notice a huge difference on my stomach (less bloating and a loosening of tough fat deposits), and dramatic results on the back of my thighs (less cellulite dimples and the ones that remain are not as dark or deep). I will definitely continue to go back for more treatments!

I came in with a friend of mine and we got the lymphatic drainage massage, infrared jade sauna and colonic. Everyone that works here it was very professional and very friendly. From the moment you stepped in to the moment you left you felt very relaxed. I originally went in August and I am going back again in September and October. I live not far from here and I felt like I was on a little getaway. While getting my lymphatic drainage massage I could hear the seagulls and birds and the waves crashing. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my future visits.

Lisa and her team are absolutely wonderful. From beginning to end my husband and I felt so comfortable. I really love to see places that have amazing customer service, and this spa definitely offers that. We appreciated all the information we received prior to our treatment and all the knowledge we were able to gain through it. We will be coming back for some more treatments that we know will benefit us. Looking forward to learning more from Lisa and her team. I highly recommend.

Lisa & Laura were so kind and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable with the services they provided, even though it was my first time. Lisa was extremely informative when I asked a question, which I really appreciated. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Additionally, the office and equipment was clean and private. This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service and procedures are out of this world. I have never gotten lymphatic drainage or a colon cleanse before, but I am beyond happy I tried it here at cove wellness. From the very beginning to the end of my procedures I was relaxed and comfortable. Lisa is amazing and totally knowledgeable about lymphatic drainage and colon cleanses. She is so sweet and helpful, and made the experience a total joy. Sam did my lymphatic drainage and she is just a wonderful person! She was great to talk to and really knows what she’s doing. Katie did my colon cleanse and she was absolutely fantastic. Experiencing a colon cleanse can be a very intimate thing and she made me feel more than comfortable. All three of these wonderful ladies made my experience at cove wellness so great and I can’t thank them enough. My experience at Cove Wellness was like no other; so relaxing and educational. I took my mom for Mother’s Day and we both got the signature La Jolla detox. This was my first time getting any of these treatments and I was a bit nervous, but everyone was so friendly, comforting, and informative. All treatments were excellent and look forward to my next visit. Definitely recommend!!

The massage was good but it didn't feel pressure hard enough... I had alot of tension and felt it was soft massage movements the cups helped but for a hour massage that I booked I didn't feel that $140 was worth it. She did a great job I was just expecting more pressure and like Swedish massage type.
