Great enthusiasm and positivity from the front desk ladies to each one of the therapists with whom I interacted. Therapists are attentive to each individual while working with multiple clients (no waiting extended amounts of time once my exercise ended). Very knowledgeable therapists who are able to adjust and offer a variety of effective exercises. Great environment at this location - cleanliness, air circulation, checkin-in process. Overall, AMAZING positive vibe and, most importantly, providing excellent therapy to aid in my quick recovery. Lorrie, Leslie, Michael, Nico, and Brian , you guys rock! Thank you! THE best physical therapy I've ever had! I highly recommend this location.

Nick and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I’ve faced two extremely challenging injuries (to my knee and back) over the past 4 years. In both cases, the team diagnosed the issue quickly, were extremely attentive and responsive in their care, and gave me exercises that I’ve incorporated into my daily workouts. In both cases, I emerged from PT fully recovered and a stronger, more functional athlete than I was before the injuries (which is very rare and special). Thank you, Nick, Pete, Leslie, and the entire team for your outstanding care!

I first came to Courey & Bueler postpartum because I was experiencing some nerve issues in my arm. This led to pain and weakness while holding my baby. I went to C&B because my spouse had such amazing success getting his knee injury taken care of. Nick’s expertise, ability to pinpoint my issues, and teaching skill helped me understand how the body is connected. This is truly a gift. I regained the strength in my arm and was able to lift and carry my child with ease. When a separate issue with my shoulder came up years later, I made the call to C&B. We go out of our way to see Nick in the Lake Forest location because we know we’ll be taken care of. I also appreciate staff like Leslie, who are great at explaining exercises and making me feel welcome.

Coury & Buehler is amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their facility is super clean and organized and the staff is so nice and helpful! I saw Christy for lower back problems and a chest injury and she was a godsend. Everyone there are experts in their craft! Would 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for my future PT needs!

From the front desk staff to the Drs, everyone is super friendly, informative and professional. My son is also doing PT right now so we have both had the pleasure of working with numerous therapists, drs and assistants. By far, my favorite PT office I have visited.

Coury & Buehler treat patients with the highest level of respect and professionalism. I would give them six stars if I could. From the moment we walked into the office I could tell there was something different about this company. The atmosphere was really welcoming and the patients and employees were all smiling. My wife and mother have both received amazing care from these terrific physical therapists and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for personalized care by the best in the business. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience being treated by these folks so do yourself a favor the next time you need PT and call a Coury & Buehler office for the best possible care you can imagine. Wonderful people doing business the way I wish everyone would.

My therapist was wonderful - knowledgeable and helpful. The exercise specialists were nice enough, but often too busy with too many patients to be truly helpful. The billing office was beyond awful! They expected me to pay out-of-pocket so they did not have to work with my insurance to get additional visits authorized. I missed 4 weeks of therapy because they would not do their job! Finally I had to arrange a three-way call with insurance, and then babysit the Billing Office until they did the paperwork via snail mail. They were in no hurry! Twice I overpaid and it took weeks for them to reimburse me. The frustration of dealing with the Billing Office was unlike any I have ever experienced with a healthcare provider, and sufficiently irritating that I will NEVER return to Coury & Buehler.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my positive experience working with Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked into the Lake Forest facility I felt welcome. I was given the information I needed to get me started with PT on my arm. I will miss my visits but know I am leaving 100% better off than my first visit. I never imagined that 20 visits would do so much to get me back to reaching, grabbing, pulling, sweeping, mopping and using my leaf blower with ease. Thanks to everyone.
