I do not recommend sending anybody to this facility! My mother was a patient here and in the time she was there she was not cared for properly. She had an employee steal a substantial amount of money from her bank account. The employee was only fired and was not prosecuted. The facility refuses to give the employees name. My mother's health only declined while she was in there care. When I visited her a few days ago she was not only pale but her extremities were turning grey. It took them a extremely long time to answer her when she pushed the call nurse button. When the nurse FINALLY answered we had her check my mother's blood sugar levels and oxygen. Her blood sugar was 44 and her oxygen was down to 69. I told the nurse the numbers were extremely low and life threatening they should be calling her an ambulance. The nurse informed me both her oxygen level and blood sugar were "normal" for her. I told her that was not normal for ANY HUMAN BEING. They did have my mother on 4.5 liters of oxygen with a mask that had big holes in it. The mask was completely pointless since it clearly was not helping her at all. The nurse refused to change the mask and refused to turn up her oxygen. The next day I had an ambulance go pick her up and take her to the hospital. When EMA arrived they said she had no oxygen on and her vital signs were life threatening low. The hospital had to give a blood transfusion to bring up her vital signs.

My mother-in-law was transferred here from the hospital after shattering her shoulder. She did not receive her first dose of pain medication until 7.5 hours after arriving. The RX was written two different medications at 2-hour intervals. When I called to talk to her caretaker he was very flustered and eventually walked out of her room in the middle of our conversation. I had to keep calling back, however after the 3rd call the front desk didn't answer. I do not know this for sure but I believe it was my name on caller ID that prevented her from answering. (I know this because she knew my name and phone number without me giving it to her.) Because when I called without caller my ID she answered, could be a coincidence 🤔. Anyways, my MIL's diet was restrictive with no nightshade vegetables and she was served potatoes everyday. She was transferred to get some PT and OT so she could be home and independent again. But her PT mainly consisted of riding a stationery bike. I am not one to leave bad reviews, read my others, but this is the livelihood of a human and it was the worst care I have experienced. I do have over 20 years experience in the field and know insurance only covers certain facilities but I beg you to consider any other location for your loved one.

Yvonne is an excellent CNA. The day I was admitted I was angry and terrified about being a new place. Yvonne took her time helping me feel comfortable and safe. She gave me her full attention. She is a woman of high character.

Courtyard failed to recognize and seek treatment for shingles. Did not respond to my calls and letter. Lucid but in pain when admitted, declined precipitously without treatment. Declined from shingles to encephalitis to death.

My mom was there for 1 week so she complete her antibiotics though IV the nurse that was working that day went into the room took the IV out and left the room and I silently thinking my mom still has antibiotics in the machine and a minute later the care doctor came in the room and put in IV back in her arm so I was thinking correct anyways she didn’t complete her doses or something because she got out the hospital and went right back but to the hospital because she still had the infection who knows how many times that happen and if someone caught it or not I think they should have better trained nurses I don't remember her name but I would not recommend this place to anybody the rooms are dirty my mom was there for a week they didn’t give her a shower there is no maintenance ppl there to fix things it’s just not a place I’d ever want to go and I definitely wouldn’t want any of my loved ones there

I've been here since 6/8/23. See my yelp review for a detailed review. The healthcare and therapy staff are excellent. Remember that at SNF is not a spa or hotel. Each CNA takes care of 12 patients at a time. The food is deplorable & getting worse despite repeated emails w/pics to management. The kitchen ignores patient preferences and results in sending back trays. If they fix the food Courtyard would be a 4 Star instead of a 2. See pics to understand the food comments. All were taken in the last month,
