I've been a patient for 10+ years now and always had a great experience. Mandy, CRNP, is wonderful! She spends time with her patients making sure all their needs are discussed. She's very considerate of my time and I never feel like she is rushing to another patient. My family and I love being patients where we are treated like family.

My experience has nothing to do with the doctor herself but with the staff.In the past I have called about changing a med or getting a referral and left messages with the nurse.Two weeks later I call them back and get the nurse on the phone and I get a I didnt understand your message.This nurse is the problem.i have had at least 3 refills on all my MEDS from go except there's when it gets to my pharmacy it's one refill.this past weekend (friday) a refill was requested which created a delay and my pharmacy gave me 3.I went by my pharmacy today (tuesday)about 3:30.still no meds.Im out of refills and I called my doctors office and the same story for the last 3 months I've dealt with this same med is we received no request.yet all my other meds still have refills on them from a previous vist.you would think they would have the same amount of refills..the doctors office blames the pharmacy and the pharmacy blames the doctors office..when ur playing with my health I'm blaming both of yall!

Called them at 12:10 message picked up said office hours and that they take lunch at 12:30to1:30 but they were closed at 12:10 just a rotten office in a rotten town they should be fired.
