There's a covid outbreak going on and none of the staff is wearing masks?? Random people can just walk into the back door and the staff just doesn't care? What kind of place is this for real, who would want their loved one at this place????

Worst place to send anyone, not even a animal deserves this place. I thought it was going to get better reputation wise when the married couple was there he was admin and she was social and they rocked it. Well then EVERYTHING changed they sent him to Canton I believe, she stay and stepped into adminastrator, they put some lady that was activities in social service. Which made me laugh because I was clueless to them even having any activities I'd always ask mom what ya do today she said nothing. I believe her because no matter what time of day it was nothing was going on, so why would you put someone in charge of behaviors who couldn't even assist with any activity other then sleeping with a resident. (Oh yeah that was the talk amongst all the residents my mom included). Any way now the lady left admin and it has gone down ever since. They're always short staffed and no one would ever stay and help. They finally got a new activity girl name started with a C and she freaking rocked the residents were actually doing activities and going places. Then she went to social the lady who don't know what she's doing was put in charge of people's money, so I'd keep track of your loved ones money if they're here just saying. Some lady from laundry went into activities I was iffy at 1st but those two girls shared an office and they rocked it. They worked together as a team. They should of been mentors but of course they weren't that instead they were ran down, belittled, and over worked until they both finally quit. Now they have no one who even knows what's going on. The lady in social service now was never properly trained. I have tried to talk to the adminastrator and that business lady they're never there. I don't have time to wait for thier 3 hour lunch break to get over to talk to either one. Thats how long i waited one day for them 3 hours. They have a nurse that has given one of their residents the wrong meds at least 2x and has kept her job. The CNA that just come back from having a baby left my mom's friend wet in the chair in the TV Room all day like soaked my mom called me crying because the lady had urinated so much it was running on the floor. Guess what that CNA still there also. It's like you keep your job no matter what. ALL OF THEM NEED FIRED. Every person working here should be fired and a whole new staff with brains should take thier place. I miss the 2 office girls, the man admin and his wife in social service. This place is nothing but a dumpster fire, and since no action is getting done about these worthless employees I'm going to call state everyday until the bisniess lady is investigated, the adminastrator is reprimanded for not making them take care of these residents, the nurse that gave the wrongs meds, and the lady who sat if feces and urine for over 8 hours straight because God forbid these residents are taken care of are dealt with. I don't care they have mental health issues and they are being neglected and the staff wonders why there's behaviors, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out it's them they're the reason.

I heard horror stories about this place, when the hospital said this was the only facility that would accept my mother I was terrified. I have to say it was the best decision ever made for me. They have come a long way from the rumors I've heard. The new administrator has really gone above and beyond to clean out the bad and clean up the place. The staff are very nice, helpful, and kind, the foods good and if mom needs anything from the store Morgan or Carissa will take care of it.

For the last year, I've had the privelage to watch the team grow into the most compassionate care takers. I've witnessed staff and residents become family and it's a place I walk into each day with a smile on my face, knowing I'm walking in to greet my second family. If you're a staff member, staff member's family, a resident or the resident's family, we all come together with one goal: give the residents a place they want to call home and create a family-like atmosphere full of love, respect, compassion and fun! The Countryview team is like no other.

Tasty food! When we admitted my father we were told that the food is not the best, but they were working on getting better tasting meals. I was very surprised by this because the food was good. The meals were very nutritious and good. My father is a great cook and he had nothing bad to say about any of his meals.

When I have been at country view within minutes of entering the facility the staff has greeted me with lovely smiles and positivity. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone's loved ones.
