I have a pair boxers who are always getting into something. The staff is always compassionate, sweet, helpful, and very caring. I appreciate them so much!!

I have a cat, Mochi, who can be a little spicy sometimes, but is just a believer in aggressive love. I just recently moved and Countryside was closer than my original vet. I called and initially there were no appointments until Monday, but then about 20 minutes later they called me back and said an appointment had just opened up for later that day. I can’t impress upon you how KIND, COURTEOUS and KNOWLEDGEABLE the staff at Countryside are. They not only gave Mochi medicine while she was there, but sent her home with medicine that is making her like a kitten again! My original vet would give her steroids and say that upper respiratory infections (which Mochi has had chronically for a few years) are normal in cats. No other medicines, no advice on how to treat her at home— and they would say she was one of the worst cats they’ve ever treated. Countryside not only treated her FANTASTICALLY, but called me to check on her and told me she was a sweet baby for them. That all but confirms for me that my previous vet may have been abusing Mochi. The difference in her attitude is night and day. All this to say— Countryside is one of the BEST. Take your pets there!

I switched vets to Countryside for our 10 1/2 year old 96# male furbaby. They were so attentive and thorough with him. I think we’ve found a new ‘vet home’

This was our first time visit. We had questions about our new pup. The staff was happy, helpful, knowledgeable. Our vet was patient and brilliant!

I’ve been taking my cats here for 2 years now, they have always been very kind and answered any and all questions I’ve had. We had to put down one of our cats last year and they gave us plenty of time with him before we said goodbye, situated us separately in a room that we could leave without walking through the waiting area. These are very nice people who care very much about the animals they care for, I have no complaints at this time.

I have used Countryside Animal Hospital for the last 11 years. That's how old my 5lb Chihuahua is. I have trusted the doctors and staff at Countryside from the time I got him at a month old. Two years ago I got an XL Bully and have trusted them with his care as well. They are experienced and compassionate and just overall the Best in my opinion.

LOVE this clinic, ADORE Dr Catiln Outlaw. ❤️ She is amazing and sweet as they come. My Moe Joe (Tuxedo cat) also thought she was the "cat's meow". They got us in the very next morning from when I called. Waited about 5 minutes in the lobby and they brought us back to a room, we were there maybe 2 minutes. They fixed us up with meds and did some tests and Moe Joe and I were on our way home with in 30 minutes, (tests take a few minutes to reveal results) We will definitely be goung back to see them in the future. They just don't know I have 5 cat's and 1 dog, lots of future business for check ups and maintenance. Thank you to ALL the ladies in the best Veterinarian Clinic in Hot Springs!!!

Really took time with Peri and his diagnosis. Patient with worry wart me. The surgery went really well and Peri’s recovery looked really good. Sometime in the night he died for unknown reason. But Dr Rhodes was very compassionate and gentle when she tod me. The entire staff could not have been more considerate. Peri was about 12 and had survived non-infectious meningitis, a major heat stroke, and epilepsy. I think he was tired .but ALL the people at Countryside loved Peri and were so understanding. I cannot say enough praise!
