Cottonwood Post-Acute Rehab

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. This facility is filled with a caring environment where resident care is their number one priority and it shows in all aspects. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility, you won't be disappointed.

Everyone there is super friendly. Both nursing and therapy staff provide amazing care. Activities department always does something fun for the residents. Great facility!

A friend of mine spent several months at Cottonwood Post-Acute Rehab to help her recover from a stroke.I was so impressed with the care she received, the staff was always friendly, competent, considerate and helpful. Thank you for all your efforts in helping my friend recover and the support to her family.

If it were not for this facility I probably wouldn’t be surviving. All around care concern and comfort of the staff is a Top priority.

I worked at this facility and I still keep in touch with some of the staff. They are committed and they care.

Anybody that gives this place any kind of good review is gonna family or friends of it. I'm currently in the facility finding cockroaches in my room, the meds they give me don't even relate to my pain. You ask for help help and they ignore you. I sat yesterday in my own feces for hours and that wasn't the first time. ANY good reviews will unfortunately come from family. I wouldn't put my own worst enemy in here.

This place is horrible. They almost killed my mother-in-law by waiting over two hours to get her back to the hospital. They don't check on their patients. When you try to call the facility no one answers the phone and on the rare occasion they do answer they just hang up on you. They constantly change their visitation guidelines making it difficult for anyone to visit their loved ones. I wouldn't let them take care of my cat let alone a family member.

If there was a no star I’d choose it over 1 star this place is so overwhelming always low on supplies even on linen to make beds and washcloths to wipe their bottoms I took my shot became their employee and it was the biggest regret of my life! First of all Ivonee front desk lied to me that I was nonrehireable at the other facility I left I made sure to call and ask if it was true obviously not.
