Pete was instrumental in me getting my back pain under control and in turn, getting my life back. I always looked forward to our sessions; he would always brighten my spirits (quite the comedian) and give me hope, when I felt utterly hopeless. During my six month journey to healing, I saw multiple therapists at this office, and all of them were amazing, caring individuals. Each encorporating their own methods to initiate healing and relieve the pain I had been suffering with for years. I have taken bits and pieces from all of them and have been pain free since my discharge over 6 months ago. Everyone at this office, including the receptionist and assistant were all incredibly helpful people, and I appreciate you all very much. Thank you!

horrible experience. It's been 4 weeks since I brought my paperwork but they didn't call me, so today I'm here and the receptionist said that she doesn't have any request from me, and maybe they'll call me in 1 or 2 months or she doesn't know when, but that she lost my request, I told her that it is not possible for them to lose her and she answered very rudely and despotically. Her attitude was very ugly, she was rude to me and my daughter because she was translating for me because I don't understand English 100%.

Over the past year I received good care from a few of the traveling PTs at this clinic. My problems have mostly been with the office staff. I became so uncomfortable with the front desk worker that I cannot return to the clinic. This person doesn’t return calls in a reasonable timeframe (within a week or so) and doesn’t bother to check people in so the therapist knows they have arrived. She won’t wear a mask, period. I took pictures of her with her mask down on four separate occasions but won’t post them because that violates the terms of this platform. She’s generally unhelpful and uncaring. I tried to direct these concerns to the absentee owner, but they were ignored (if he even saw them, which I doubt because who gets to screen feedback? She does, of course). Avoid if possible, and good luck. My hope is that this post will move the owner to hire someone more professional. I would like nothing more than to update my post to all stars.

👍😃They have a really great Osteopaths here, Iden, he really knows his stuff. They are super busy, so DON'T BE LATE!!! Wendy is one of the massage therapists, she has a lot of experience, and is very sweet. I don't know how many times I have seen a patient walk in 20 min late for their appt and still expect to be seen right away!!! Don't be "that person", I usually make my appts around lunch time when the place is empty-ish. Mornings are very crowded with patients. Be early for your appt, be considerate of others, when you are late, you make your therapist late for the entire day of appts, for every other patient after you.

I had a horrible experience here due a girl that couldn't even figure out how to set a timer. I left the appointment with all the muscles in my neck in spasms. I then cancelled all up coming appointments. They then called my doctor and said I declined further treatment. This was completely unprofessional. All because I received sub standard treatment and didn't want to be in more pain than I already am due to their incompetence.

Had to see Julia or Julie here at Cotati physical therapy for my back. she ended up messing with my knee, even though that's not what I was there for. She caused more damage and I will never go back.2 stars were for convenient location and some nice staff.

great therapist and therapy but hard to cancel an appointment that will charges 50.00. No one takes the call ? I was on 1 minute 17 seconds and nothing, no answering machine or person and I got billed.

I show up for my first appoinment and fillout the new parient paper to then be told that the theapist I was scheduled see did show up for work today. The could had the common decencey to call me to re schedule. I will not be going back they have know Class there.
