I worked with Sagar. I had a hip issue that I needed to resolve. He did a great job working with me. I explained my unique needs. I am a martial arts instructor. He took all of them into account and helped me to achieve the degree of recovery I required in my hip. I am very grateful for the assistance.

As an active adult involved in several sports, staying fit is important to me; but injuries do happen. Costa Mesa Physical Therapy's combination approach of hands-on time and expert exercise and training guidance has put me back in the game in no time flat. Thank goodness my orthopedic doctor referred me to Costa Mesa PT. I can't imagine being playing at the level I am without them.

Where do I begin?... I am so very thankful that I was referred to Amit and his team at Costa Mesa Physical Therapy. My story was a 6-year very painful and very emotional journey that I never anticipated going through after having a really bad neck and shoulder work-related injury in 2018 that landed me in the ER having drastically affected the quality of my life. I never recovered from it until now, all thanks to Amit and his wonderful team! I had spent years and tears (literally) seeking out professional medical help through various doctors having x-rays and other treatments done, but no one could not find the problem of why my injury would not heal and why my agonizing chronic pain would not go away. I ended up wasting lots of time, money, and years of my life trying to get answers. I was left almost hopeless and had accepted living with the pain as my new “lifestyle” because I could “get by.” I was reluctant to go in for a consultation, but I am so glad my friend convinced me and so I did! Upon my first consultation with Amit, he was very warm and welcoming, super kind, and super caring. He made me feel like a human being who is valued and he was ever-patient with me whereas other “medical professionals” just treated me like I was wasting their time. Amit was able to diagnose my problem from the start. He explained the information to me in a way that made it easy for me to understand without overwhelming me, including giving me hope. He painted a realistic picture of small goals I could achieve as well as offering continuous encouragement to me. I am so glad I trusted him because his approach is that of a compassionate person and he really knows his stuff! His physical techniques, while working on me, were nothing short of amazing. I would also like to thank Nico who was also super nice and very caring while helping to guide me through my exercises. I really enjoyed working with him. He is someone you could just talk to and he’ll brighten your day. Delaney was super nice as well and she was ever-accommodating to my ever-changing schedule and I really appreciated that support. Throughout my journey with CMPT, I felt nothing but love and support from this team. I believe that no one in life in any circumstance can achieve success unless they have a team behind them and this is definitely the team I believe in and will always recommend to others. Travis is the best. Appreciated his exercise approach to recovering from both hip replacements that were 8 months apart. He and his staff were encouraging, motivational and got me functioning to continue on my own. I highly recommend Costa Mesa Physical Therapy. My first choice for physical therapy.

As an active runner and high school XC coach I would not be able to be as active as I am without Costa Mesa Physical Therapy's support, knowledge and assistance. The whole staff is friendly and encouraging. I have had two hip replacement surgeries and the whole team is the reason I am as active and pain free today! Amit and Hana are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I have also had my sons attend Costa Mesa Pt for injuries and preventative measures. As a coach and runner I have attended several PT practices and this place is by far the best!

This is a wonderful place to go to for PT, and one which has a good reputation with the doctors I've seen, as well. Hana has been my main physical therapist for quite a while now, helping me work through the various challenges that have arisen in this "maturing" body ;-) I'm grateful for not only the expertise in the very eneficial exercises given to me, but the kindness of the staff, as well.
