They outsource their billing dept. presumably. Any questions regarding billing/insurance coverage etc. are referred to billing. If you want to speak to somebody in billing be prepared to wait several days for a callback and if you miss the call you start again. Or they just never call back. If it were any other service I would sever ties long ago.
