Both my daughters had appointments on the same day and Dr. Johnson sat with our family and gave us a lot of time and attention as we did our developmental evaluations. The staff was very kind and the office extremely clean and welcoming.

Your doctors are amazing. They are very invested in my child. They take the time to listen and invite me to make the best decision. We both can make for my son.

The office was calm and peaceful from the moment we arrived. The parking was easy, close, and plentiful (which is rare for therapy clinics!!!). The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt supported, respected, and that my time was valuable. Between moving a couple of times and insurance changes, I've been to a lot of therapy clinics and met with dozens of providers over the last several years. Only judging from the initial evaluation, I am thoroughly impressed with Cortica and expect them to prove themselves to be the best clinic I've ever been to. Raising children with autism is hard work and I feel like Clark and Dr. Johnson really want to build a team around me to support me and help the kids be the best version of themselves.

We had a wonderful experience at Cortica! The staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed when I was feeling nervous about the process. We were taken back immediately and everything was very clean. Highly recommend this location and staff.

Nicole Winterstein is the most outstanding occupational therapist we have ever worked with. Her expertise, passion and care for both my children is exceptional. I trust in her oversight that my children will continue to reach their goals. I especially love Nicole’s collaboration with the other OTs and the music therapist. She’s the best!!!

Everyone is so very welcoming, kind and pleasant. You are treated like a real person and not just another face being rushed through an appointment. They truly care about each person as an individual. They are also extremely responsive to emails usually responding within 24 hours and they answer every question. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I recently had to terminate ABA services from this company for our child . Our reasons for doing so: When we engaged with them for in home services, we were never given the therapist name until the day of the first appointment.Following that, we observed the therapist was very inexperienced in dealing with a very small child, we asked repeatedly to the therapist and later the director, for her credentials and experience. None of our questions were answered, often deflected or ignored. Some of the therapists actions were questionable , given the age of the child and the current diagnoses. And while this may be a minor bookkeeping issue or not, several telehealth sessions were marked as at home sessions, incorrectly. While we have had minimal damages since we stopped the sessions on seeing the red flags, my review is a cautionary one to parents considering the same services for very young children.

All staff have been very kind and friendly. We enjoy this facility greatly. Really has helped my daughter who is on the spectrum.
