This was my first time visiting this place to honestly just get a physical for work and some other tests. To begin with I was greeted with a very rude and impatient front desk receptionist, who told me that I did not have an appointment even though I had an email and screenshot of the fact that I did have an appointment. Who then decided to berate me because I didn’t print the screenshot confirmation out to make her life easier. After that, the medical assistant I’m assuming comes and checks the system again saying that I don’t have an appointment and that I only have a drug screen test. I provided her the barcode and sure enough I had an appointment with all my scheduled tests there. I guess my only advice to visiting this place is to just be prepared because apparently these people don’t know how to communicate and unfortunately do not have the patience to work with patients. It’s honestly heartbreaking. That receptionist needs to be fired.

Read the poor reviews before I went and found a far different experience. The front desk wasn’t too welcoming or communicative, but it was efficient, quick and painless. I was seen in just a couple minutes and the medical staff was great. Had a slew of tests and it was all done in about an hour. Maybe it’s true that most folks who post reviews are those that had a poor experience. My experience was very favorable.

Receptionist were very rude! Waited over an hour just to be taken to a room and another 30 to see a doctor. Had to open the door to even get anyone to notice us in the room to finally get seen. The doctor was also very rude. Do not come here it is a waste of time especially if you are in pain and coming for therapy.

The first time I had to go to corp care the registration woman told me I had to fast for my blood work. Turns out that when I actually went for my appt. she gave me the wrong information and I could have been drinking and eating all day. The second time I had to go was for a vaccine. I waited for over 30 minutes after being told I can just walk in and be seen. When I asked the woman at the front desk how much longer it would be (because I had to go to work) all she said was that I'm next but would not give me a time frame. When I sat back down a nurse called me in a minute later and had an attitude and asked if I had a problem. The employees are very rude to their patients and it is not a place that I want to go to again.

I went in for a physical and a drug test for a new job. I thought everything went smoothly until my boss asked me if I ever even went in for the drug test. I stopped by and asked why it was never sent over and the receptionist said I wasn’t even screened for one. A coworker of mine went for the same things and they called her back a few days later asking her to come back in because they forgot to screen her for a drug test. This place is extremely unorganized and inefficient.

Didn't catch her name, but here's another review just so people know how extremely rude their receptionist is here. When your place has less than 2 stars on Google, and you already have 8 reviews that all are telling you that your receptionist needs an attitude adjustment, or to just be replaced altogether maybe you should listen. I guarantee you are losing business and I have already passed this feedback on to others to not use your facility. Absolutely poor and you should be embarrassed.

Every time I come here for an employment related requirement the front desk receptionist is also very rude and condescending. It's consistent, too. No matter what day of the week it is, she is always rude.

I injured myself at my job, obviously since this is CorpCare, and was sent here to be seen. The waiting area is kind of small. I didn't have to wait long at all to be brought in back and be seen. I think from time I arrived to the tome I left, was about 45min or less. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable
