Cornerstone Wellness Center

I have been getting massages and adjustments at Cornerstone for the past 4 months. I had thrown my back out and found this office by a Google search and I am so happy I did. I've been seeing Dr Warren for adjustments and Deanna for massages. Dr Warren has provided great care and explains things well, and Deanna gives great massages. I've had a lot of different massages in my past (mostly not great). What i like about Deanna is she will dig into spots and knots instead of just going through the motions of a massage. 10/10 def recommend. The front desk ladies are also really sweet!

Best experience! This review is way over due. I booked a massage in March 2024 due to a constant sore pain in my right neck/shoulder/upper right back area. There was no position or relaxing attempt that I could do to find even an ounce of relief. Towards the end of the massage session, the therapist suggested that I have the Dr take a look. She suspected there was something more to my pain. Dr. Warren diagnosed me within a few minutes of my first visit, and x-rays confirmed what he suspected. One of my discs in my neck was putting pressure on a nerve. He put a treatment plan together, and after 4 weeks, the pain was gone. He and his staff were able to basically stretch and elongate my neck, creating the space I needed for the nerve to be free from a pressure pinch. I had a bad experience over 20 years ago with a chiropractor and had never been to one since. Cornerstone Wellness and Dr. Warren put me at ease as he discussed my treatment and assured me that his plan of action would not leave me hurting worse like my past experience did. This place truly cares about their patients.

Dr. Warren is thorough, effective, and proactive. He diagnosed my problem areas quickly and developed an action plan with set expectations. I find the staff to be kind and helpful. Today I had my first massage on their summer special ($90 cash price) for 90 minutes. It was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is to zen that room up!

Visiting from the UK. My wife and I have had a series of sessions over the last 4 weeks and we are both much better for the experience. A caring and efficient chiropractor. I recommend anyone with physical difficulty of any kind to visit.

I have been going to Dr. Warren for 5+ years now. He has helped me with any and all joint pain I’ve had and today after saying I hurt my ankle over vacation he said take your boot off I showed him the spot that was hurting and “pop” pain gone!!! He has taught me stretching exercises that help keep me moving between visits and has staff that can provide muscle stimulation, muscle, scraping, and massages to ease pain and promote healing! The front desk staff is very helpful with any and all questions you might have for them. In emergencies they have always been able to get me an appointment. I always have a few of his business cards in my wallet to hand out to friends family and anyone who says they have back or joint pain!!! I also have to mention that the entire place is immaculately clean!!!

I’m so glad my friends suggested that I see Dr Leach for my back pain. She has a different approach than any PT therapy I had in the past for 5 years. My sciatic pain is now at a low level. She has been so caring and very interested in what’s going on with me. I highly recommend Dr Leach !!

Highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Leach, the PT on staff. As a fellow PT, it is difficult to find someone that I can trust. In one session, she was able to help me with neck pain and back pain and was able to fine tune more about my back pain than other practitioners. Love the hands-on manual approach, I will certainly be back!

If you wish to commit insurance fraud, this is the place for you. Pick a different provider if you actually want help. After I dropped my claim in frustration, I received a bill for over $1000 per visit for 6 visits, indicating numerous "treatments" I never received or even heard about, and had only been 4 times. I asked every visit and via phone, but no diagnosis or care plan was given. Second visit; I was abandoned, perhaps during lunch, standing in the care room between 'treatments' for over 20 mins before somebody came through for me to ask what was going on. Nobody seemed to know what I was supposed to be doing next, so they asked ME. I never received that information, so I could not provide it. They put me on a machine and disappeared again. Their dismissive responses to negative reviews, essentially claiming the clients are liars and offering no resolutions, speak worlds for the mentality.
