The staff is patient and understanding, the facility is clean. The therapists are helpful and supportive, and even recommended a brand of shoes to help my specific needs, and went above and beyond to help make sure I got the right discount for the shoes (Brooks) since I am a nurse.

My experiences for the past 15+ years has been a place of healing, tranquility, and fun although it's physical rehabilitation. I'd rather have some fun and peace if I have to experience some pressure or pain. No pain, no gain!

Their billing customers service,oh my God! I've used them several times before, but I will never use them again.I don't know who I talked to today, but he needs some more training,he don't know how to talk to his customers.

I came the day after surgery and everything afterwards has been great.
