I went to Cornerstone about 6 times to resolve a foot injury sustained during running training. Individually, the physical therapists were incredible. They were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Some few critiques on patient treatment management: - I was given a new therapist each week. There appeared to be no communication between therapists as much of my limited time was spent explaining what was done during the previous visit. - I was given new, sometimes, conflicting treatment as well as instructions for stretching and behavior modification each visit. As an example, I went from feet, to calves, to feet, to IT Band, to back. There was a new issue every week. There didn't appear to be any real plan for treatment, aside from the personal preference of the therapist on duty that day. tldr; the therapists were top notch!!! but managing the communication and continuity of a patient's therapy throughout treatment could be handled better.

The physical therapists at Cornerstone helped me resolve my migraines which had been occurring most days. I haven't had a true migraine in months! Earlier this year, I received Shockwave Therapy treatment at Cornerstone for pain in my feet. I am in my 30s and my walking was limited to 2-3 miles due to pain. After treatment, I have been able to return to hiking, including sumitting 14ers this Summer!

When it comes to taking care of their patients, this place knows what they're doing. I am always greeted with a smile and pleasant personalities at the front desk and that attitude is pervasive throughout the provider staff. Vickie is an absolutely amazing physical therapist and spends the time to understand my pain and how it impacts me; it's very clear that she not only cares about her patient's physical health but their overall wellbeing. I highly recommend this team!

Thank you, Jonathan, for teaching me you're never too old to heal and it's never too late to heal !!! Ten years post auto accident, I had learned to live with the aches and pains left over from it, that is, until my doctor told me I had developed post accident scoliosis. That's when I found Cornerstone and started dry needling in order to break up the deep scar tissue, and begin the healing journey. What I can tell you is that this journey has worked innumerable miracles for me. Too many to count! Even my doctor is astounded. The talent, skill, communication, and caring at Cornerstone is better than topnotch, it is rare to find even at the highest national level. Better described as world class care. So if you're suffering on occasion from post accident aches and pains, please don't become complacent. There's hope, and it's at Cornerstone. Please don't wait until something more serious develops!!!

Meredith is amazing! She is one of the sweetest and kindest person I know, in addition to being an incredibly knowledgeable physical therapist! I have been seeing her for about nine months and she has helped me so much with my neck, shoulder, and jaw. She doesn’t just give you exercises to do in office like other PTS I’ve been to, but really works on manipulation and dry needling and even doing cranial sacral work. I’ve gone from having daily headaches to only getting them once in a while. Thank you Meredith, you have been an incredible blessing to me!!

I had been going to this place since almost their beginning. Way back when Joel was studying a pocket constitution next to my head while working on my neck. ...At least 15 years. And many of those years, I paid in cash. Circumstances have changed badly for me, and I had to switch to medicaid. That worked for a year or two, but today I was refused a new appointment because they weren't taking 'new medicaid patients'. Feels like a betrayal.

I have had bad experiences at other physical therapy offices in the past, so was hesitant to go here. But I have had continued positive experiences at this practice! From the moment I walk in, I am greeted and treated as a person of value. They are happy to see me. I am one on one with an actual therapist every single time. They listen and hear everything I am saying. Each time I go in, we reevaluate how I am doing and adjust any home exercises, if needed. They do not put me on exercise equipment and then walk away. They do not gossip with others while working on me. The focus is on my pain, and how we can work together to alleviate it. I cannot express how much I love this place and recommend it fully!

I have been seeing Meridith at Cornerstone for a few months now for problems with my neck and jaw. I have improved significantly under her care. My headaches have decreased in frequency and intensity and as a direct result of her recommendations both my jaw tension and neck pain have been reduced. Meridith is extremely adept at diagnostics as well as manual therapy techniques. I highly recommend Meridith and Cornerstone for exceptional physical therapy as well as the kind and professional attitudes from both Kristen and Beth at the front desk.
