I just have to brag on how clean the women's locker room and showers are, as well as the gym! The calendar stays full of a variety of classes that will meet the needs from beginner to advanced levels! Also, I am thankful for a gym and physical therapy location all in one, just a few miles from my home! I'm thankful for an indoor pool and hot tub for ongoing pool therapy and excercises that I need. I utilize it as a gym and also for physical therapy needs I've previously went through and currently going through. Excellent gym. Great class selection, full time Physical therapy staff, tons of equipment and cardio. Also has aquatic classes and basketball court. I love that there are people of all ages and physicality here so that everyone Feels welcome.The staff are amazing, accessible, and have been a great help to my father over the years.

I have only had nice experiences here. They made a billing mistake and corrected it without any problems. Nice staff, they have child care on certain nights, and an indoor pool, and gym with a Cardio room with plenty of tvs.

My toddler goes to PT here & all of the therapists are great... as well as the other patients. He often gets cranky & upset about having to do therapy but EVERYONE is always so patient, kind, and understanding. They work with him & know when to push him and when not to... The front desk staff is always wonderful. We've never had any issues scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.

Went to a birthday party and we went swimming. Had a good time. Place was nice and clean and people were friendly

Wonderful experience as I visited for the first time. Very knowledgeable receptionist, answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility.

Awesome staff and great facilities

I love the staff they have helped me so much in my physical therapy. Austin Susanne and Britney are awsome therapists. I would recommend going there.
