I was given pricing for treatment up front. I chose to pursue treatment based on the information I received. They kept my debit card on file and charged it upon checkout. Very seamless, right? Upon viewing my bank statement, I found they charged me for additional services that were not authorized and were not communicated to me. They are now refusing to refund my overpayment. Instead they are offering me a free treatment. I don’t know about anyone else, but I will not return to a business that has lost my trust. I will be notifying my insurance if their shady business practices.

Did a review when I first start going a couple weeks ago, but this crew is so good I thought I’d do it again. Best office i have ever been in. Always greeted with a smile. Ready to take care of your needs. Listens to what you need. Takes care of the problem in a timely manner. And you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

I am so impressed with this clinic! Staff are warm and professional, Doctors really care about health concerns, and the office itself has a beautiful set up. Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you are nervous or in pain. You will not regret it! Thank you!

I originally came in for the free exam. A few weeks after that, I hurt my back. I could barely walk and was able to an emergency appointment. The professional staff took the time to work with me and after a couple of treatments, I could stand up straight and walk much better. I recommend Cornerstone Chiropractic.
