I attended this facility in 2016 with good success. I returned in 2024 for post-op PT and it was awful. My Dr. sent in my prescription, however each visit I was on my own. The therapist did paperwork on other patients while I did my unsupervised "exercises". I stated each time my surgical area was tight and sore, and the therapist said its "normal". I went for a checkup with my Dr. who was furious to see swelling and scar tissue buildup. He asked is I was receiving stimulation/massage therapy which was prescribed, but I was not. The Dr. pulled me from this facility stating "they don't know what they are doing". Its unfortunate this staff has all turned over since 2016. I completed the Caldwell survey stating the issues, but no response, probably in fear of a lawsuit.

Stephanie Spink is a great physical therapist She is smart and has me ahead of the curve after total knee replacement surgery I was referred there, because my 81yr old mother had told me after her knee replacement surgery she great success. Turns out. Stephanie Spink was also her physical therapist unbeknownst to us. So we give Stephanie six stars great job, kind, decent person on top of everything else.
My doctor faxed in my prescription, and the next day I went to Beaumont PT. I was greeted (if you could call it that) by a rude receptionist. I told her my name and that the scrip had been sent in the day before. She said she never heard of me and looked at me like I was from Mars or some other planet she didn't like. I said, "Can you look?" She looked and found it right away. Someone with an attitude like that should NOT be involved in a business that's supposed to help you get well. The place itself was unimpressive (a dive if you will). Speaking of anti-healing, a cheap radio was on 106.7 WLLZ. What a dive. That was enough for me. I got out of there quick.
This is the BEST place if you need to go to rehab. I came here for two months and I felt so motivated and welcomed coming in. Shelley and Stacy are amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.
