CORE Physical Therapy

The staff here is awesome! I was referred here from my orthopedic surgeon after i broke my ankle. Every single person is super kind and makes sure that your completely comfortable with any of those exercises that they have you do.

I was referred to Core Physical by my PCP because I had pinched some nerves in my right arm. I could not use my right forearm or hand and I must admit I was concerned that it would not come back. Marina at the front office helped me fill out the forms since I could not grip a pen, much less write with it. Then Kylie assessed my strength and it was way down. But during the test she always was positive. And then came Abbey who told me "we will get through this together" Andrew told me the "your strength is still there" This is a professional team who believe in positivity. And that is what pulled me through. I am returning to full duty next week. My sincere thanks to every one of your team members.

Office staff - Marina-is extremely rude and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment without trying to contact me even though I have a one hour drive to get there -and no apology at all! Even though they had my phone number, work phone number, and email That was so rude and yet if I miss an appointment they would charge me $50!!! They treated me like a piece of trash when I showed up for my scheduled appointment!!'. Too rude and uncaring and they refuse to apologize and offer compensation. I would give zero Stars if I could

I was referred to Choice Physical Therapy,Inc. by my physician after a bad experience with another therapy office. Unlike the previous one, Choice's office in Temecula was clean and the staff, professional and friendly. I've been going there for advanced therapy for a couple of years and never felt so welcomed at a professional office before. I highly recommend Choice Physical Therapy, Inc. to anyone who wishes top service and personal, friendly care.
