Great care, from the receptionist staff to PTA and PT, my experience with Core Physical has been phenomenal. Getting an initial appointment was pretty easy, my choice in time of day and day of the week was available. The location is great, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly. I love working with Angela, she has a calm demeanor and is very professional and knowledgeable. This is my first PT experience and I’ve seen a positive impact in my daily mobility. I’d recommend Core Therapy for anyone looking for physical therapy.

I appreciate the personal, professional, and very knowledgable staff. Dana is a really amazing Physical Therapist. I also find the location very accessible and there is convenient and safe parking. The facility is always clean, well organized, and has all the support equipment anyone would ever need.

Dana is very knowledgeable, and answers all my questions without rushing me. And I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointments. Dana has developed a program for me that is just challenging enough, but not to the point that it feels like too much. If I need PT again, I will definitely go back to Dana.

Core Physical Therapy has helped me tremendously with getting back on my feet. After a accident that left me with a broken leg Kirstin at Core helped me go from crutches, to a cane, to not needing any assistance to walk, and back to working out in the gym over the span of a couple months. I highly recommend checking out Core if you are looking for help. Ask for Kirstin, she’s wonderful and very knowledgeable at focusing on different problem areas on the body to get you back in tip top shape.

I've been there twice. The first time turned out well. Good therapy for my shoulder. So I went back when I had some nerve damage in my back. The therapist had no idea what to do. But I stil had to pay. This time I couldn't get an appointment for at least a month. When they called to tell me that they were cancelling their account with my insurance company (United Health Care, the largest insurer in the business), I cancelled.

With tender caring and compassion, Angie slowly helped me learn to walk so much better. Also, the understanding of daily stretching and exercising has helped me very much. Many thanks!

This one star review is not due to the therapy itself, which was fine, though it turned out it would not fix the underlying issue in my shoulder. Rather, it is regarding their unethical billing practices. They overcharged so much through my insurance for standard PT appointments that even after my insurance covered roughly fifty percent I was still billed for more than if I would have just paid for the appointments out of pocket without using insurance. They also made no communication regarding this billing practice and when I called their outsourced billing service they had no answers and were of no help at all. Do not support this business. To be more specific, the out-of-pocket listed cost for a normal PT appt according to their own website is $140. For this same appt, they billed my insurance $315, which resulted in my owing $148 after insurance reduced the $315 by $167. This is at best highly unethical and at worst illegal. Regarding your response that does not address the actual issue, the fact that I had not reached my insurance deductible is beside the point if you are charging $140 out of pocket and billing insurance $315 for the same service.
