Will recommend this office to anyone in need. They are pleasant, confident and unnecessary procedures are not on their agenda. I had 2 family members as patients at Core Orthopedic and Dr. Metz is amazing. My son had a finger injury, where I thought he was going to loose the tip of his finger to the first knuckle. The doctor looked at it and confirmed with confidence that we will need to let it heal. No mention of expensive procedures or surgeries until it is absolutely necessary. Love the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff at the Hoffman Estates and Elk Grove offices.

Tore my ACL playing sports. Dr. Murray was fantastic at guiding me through the surgery process. And for physical therapy, Eric Ellis is the GOAT. Seriously, he is the best therapist around. He knows how to challenge you and keep you working towards your goal. If you want to come back stronger than ever after surgery (and YOU are willing to put in the work) Eric is the man for the job.

Dr. Murray was very helpful in evaluating my knee and offering me options. He was respectful that I did not want to dive into anything too invasive yet.

I loved my experience! I was greeted at the front desk and guided through the sign in process. When I was called, a nurse guided me to a room and asked questions related to my visit. I answered all questions and mention my problem. When I finally met Dr Metz, I mentioned my experience of the pain and the doctor was able to properly diagnose me. I was given knowledge of stretching I needed to relieve pain and first steps onto fully healing.

Friendly and helpful staff, had a few minutes with the doctor. Hopefully more time for questions at another visit with doctor. Cortisone shot with Sarah was great 😊

After months of suffering from knee pain, I chose Core Orthopedics (based on their excellent reviews) to help me. I was not disappointed! I was seen, I was diagnosed, and I was repaired in only a couple of weeks. Following my surgery, I spent a few weeks with their excellent Physical Therapy Team who got me back on my feet in no time. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and just fun to be around! While I hope I don’t break anything else, I would not hesitate to come back for my care!

Dr. Murray and the staff at CORE are terrific! For such a large practice, it’s amazing that there’s practically no wait time once you arrive for your appointment. Owning their own MRI facility also means you can schedule imaging appts quickly as well!

Would give this place 0 stars. They offered me only PT for my torn calf. I did all exercises with ease but my calf continued to be sore. I asked for massage or ultrasound and was given a very light rub using the Graston technique which is not how I've experienced this technique used previously. All the landscaping, advertising, and location lured me in but I did not get relief until I started seeing VanFossen.
